During the 15 hour promo, 20% cashback for Uniqlo is capped at $25 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 9am to 11:59pm AEST 04/05/2021.

From 15/04 the JW Anderson collaboration range will temporarily be unavailable for cashback.

Cashback is ineligible when using codes not listed on Cashrewards.

Cashback is ineligible on orders made via the UNIQLO app.

Cashback is ineligible onAIRism face masks, and Roger Federer RF caps.

    Can I take my UNIQLO purchase in for an alteration?

    Unused pants can be taken in for an alteration, however proof of purchase needs to be provided. If you do not have a proof of purchase, it will be up to the discretion of the alterations manager and a $6 fee may just be applied. This also include pants purchased from UNIQLO.com.au.

    Please be advised that once an item has been altered you are unable to return or exchange it.

      So does that mean alterations are free if you have the receipt? Also do you know if they only alter the length or do they taper pants as well?

      Yeh, I have bought pants online before, got them delivered and then took them instore for alteration. I had to show them the receipt and I left all the tags on.

      Login cashrewards, click shop (Uniqlo this case), spend $$, receive $$ (20% of purchase price ) in cashrewards account. After a few weeks/months and when ready, transfer $$ to bank account.

    Another weird mens pants sizing issue I noticed is that online you pick the specific waist size by inches. In store it is often small, medium and large.

    I usually buy in store, so now I dont know what medium converts to by waist inches.
