  • Selected stores may report orders with multiple items as separate transactions into your Cashrewards account - these are still eligible.
  • Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
  • Bonus is ineligible if you purchase from a 0% cashback store/cashback rate, if you purchase an ineligible item, or if an order is cancelled, changed, returned, rejected. *Individual store cashback terms and exclusions apply (see Amazon & AliExpress especially).
  • Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc) and VPNs, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from Cashrewards as tracking will be lost. • +2

Yes you can buy a ebay Gift card

      • Thanks

        • +10

Better to buy a Choice gift card (1.5% CB instead of 1% for Ebay). Then swap for Ebay GC

  • +1

$10 bonus! Great deal! Thank you!

  • +1

Just out of curiosity why ebay excluded?

    • +1

You can buy a eBay gift card, and use it on eBay thus can use eBay for this.

  • +8

Nice arse, might buy a watch on Amazon & combine with 6% cashback.

Some good buys would be the Casio Duro in black and blue.

Wenger 42mm Urban Metropolitan $77.49 Delivered.
    Casio G-Shock DW9052-1BCG $67.51 + Delivery (Free With Prime)

  • +3

Thanks TA, just combined with the uniqlo cashback offer :)

  • +1

Nice. See if I can find something I need

  • +1

VPNs and tabs shouldn't affect the cashback when purchasing through the GC portal right?

  • Thanks OP.

  • +1

Anyone having issues linking a debit card? The pre auth isn't getting processed for some reason.

  • +1

    Wow, thanks TA and CR!

  • +1

So this will not work for an amazon item with 0% current cashback? Ie. video games?

    • +1

      Yes, it will not work

    • Dammit, are video games back to 0%?

      • +2

  • +5

got to say i've been happy with cashreward lately with their bonuses and rewards being available earlier than usual - might have to switch back to CR from shopback

  • Thanks bought $30 eBay gift card from GC portal

    • -2

Ebay is not eligible only the choice gift card

      • Are you sure an ebay gift card wouldn't work? It just says ebay australia is not eligible.

        • Ah maybe ebay gift card is eligible then but the choice gift card has higher cashback rate

          • +14

Ebay is not eligible only the choice gift card

Incorrect. All gift card purchases are eligible if purchased from our Gift Card Portal.

    • -1

What's the cashback rate for ebay and choice GC?

      • 1.5% for Choice, 1% for eBay

    • Oh, am thinking of getting this as well.

  • +3

Just bought a $30 choice gift card, thanks

    • +1

      Choice bro.

  • Hmm on the fence with $45 for Shin Megami Tensei III at Fanatical, I still feel this is horribly overpriced for a 30fps capped decades old port though :/

Maybe I'll just grab a giftcard like everyone else instead..

  • So if the item is $30 on the store but GST puts it below 30 it'll still track?

    • +3

Please read the terms below carefully - it will save a lot of questions.

  • +5

    Awesome. Thanks.

This is huge. So much better than $2-$3 ones. Thanks again.

  • +1

Hmmm now what should I buy? That 20% CB at Liquorland is looking pretty good.

  • -1

stop giving away money just like that for nothing, you are spoiling us

  • -1

I just cancelled my Uniqlo order and made a new one, got the $10 but the Uniqlo cashback is not 20% I think they gave me the standard 2-3%
Why is that? Uniqlo was in the list of this promo!

    • +7

Why did you cancel Uniqlo? Now you'll lose on two fronts, as Uniqlo is capped…

During the 15 hour promo, 20% cashback for Uniqlo is capped at $25 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 9am to 11:59pm AEST 04/05/2021.

      • -1

I cancelled because I made a purchase 10 minutes before this $10 promo.
Still don’t make sense though because my cancelled order shouldn’t stack up with the cap since it’s cancelled? And there is no mention on cancelled orders being still counted in the cap from the t&c

        • +1

Please tell me the purchase amount for both orders and I'll explain it better. Thanks.

          • -1

            @tightarse: They’re both $119.70
I know where you’re going, it’s just not fair because people can cancel orders within 30 minutes of purchase on Uniqlo website yet CR don’t take that into account and it’s not explained in the t&c which I have read carefully

Can you tell me if you can’t reconcile so I can cancel the order

            • +8

@Nedkellyinthebush: Just a quick explanation. Your first order of $119.70 would have netted $23.94 cashback. Because of the $25 cap, your second order for the same amount netted you $25 - $23.94 = $1.06, correct?

You will still be eligible for the $10 bonus as you met the terms, but there is nothing I can do re the cashback as Uniqlo won't report cancelled orders for days, if not weeks. We can't cancel orders on their behalf. The unfortunate thing here is that you purchased from a store that had a capped offer today.

                • +13

@Nedkellyinthebush: Please PM me. I'll try to work something out for you as a once off. Thanks.

                  • @tightarse: If you could that would be great but I cancelled with Uniqlo.. anyway I’ll send you a pm

                  • +3

@tightarse: All good thanks for the assistance TA! Hopefully nobody else get stuck in this hiccup. CR have the best customer service

      • Hi TA, can you please confirm if the same applies for The Iconic who also have increased cashback capped at $25? Thank you.

    • Would like to know the same, planning on buying from uniqlo later today using increased cashback and this deal. Are they compatible used together?

      • +1

Yes but if you make a mistake and cancel an order within 30 minutes (as per Uniqlo policy) the cash back from that order won’t be cancelled from the $25 cap tally. This is not mentioned in the t&c

  • If I want to buy the choice gift card, do I need to buy $30 worth before gst? I.e buy $33+?

    • no $30 is fine

    • I bought $30 and tracked fine

      • I haven’t bought yet and the $10 still tracked. So…?

        • So you get $10 for free my friend.

but shhhh. maybe don't post and ask questions or else TA will see it

        • +1

No, it will decline if you don't buy anything lol.

    • GST isn’t charged on gift cards

  • Awesome! $19.25 for a $30 gift card. Love it.

    • Does $10 get tracked as well or just the Standard and $10 comes later?

      • The $10 gets "tracked" as soon as you activate the deal, then gets approved after you've made an eligible purchase.
        That's my experience anyway.

      • The $10 bonus will show as pending in your Cashrewards immediately upon activation of the offer (no confirmation email is sent). This will be automatically approved within 7 days of any associated qualifying purchase being approved (as per the terms of the store). Please ignore the bonus estimated approval date in your account as this is simply a placeholder. Most gift card purchases are approved within 5 days of purchase.

        • ack, bought gift card without activation first. Activated after. Too late?

          • +2

@lowey71: 100%. So sorry. All I can suggest is to buy another to hedge your bets :)

  • +3

Amazon removed cashback for video games :(, now I have to find something else to buy…

  • This will work for a purchase through Amazon?

    • Yup but not with 0% categories so check beforehand.

    • +8

Risky depends if the seller has categorised 5he item correctly

      • +2

Yes, this a problem with amazon. I get confused too so I avoid it unless it is cashback on all categories.

  • +1

Did anyone purchase an Uber Eats gift card? Purchased a $30 one, added it to my account straight away, but is yet to reflect on my account. Contacted them via the Help section over 40 minutes, still no response.

    • Thought it was just me :/

About an hour back added a GC to my UE but it has magically disappeared says the GC has been used but not showing in the account.

      • +1

Did you contact them? Mine shows it has been added, but it’s not being reflected under Uber Cash.

TA, are you able to help us out?

        • +3

Best thing to do is call True Rewards as they may know more. They're very responsive:

For queries regarding the purchase of your Digital Gift Card, contact True Rewards on 1800 850 739 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9am to 5pm AEST, or email [email protected]

        • +1

Bought mine from Prezzee earlier today so it must be an issue with UE.

          • +2

            @dins: Thanks for confirming :)
