    If I purchase catch connect, 120GB per 365 days, $120. And transfer my mobile number, instead of new mobile number. Am I still eligible?

    On cashreward site, it mentioned "Cashback is eligible on new services only (ie. new mobile number)."

      I am getting error message when trying to link my card. But I got charged for $30 without confirmation of purchase and gifg card. Anyone else has the same issue? Rang my bank and was advised that I have to initiate a dispute by filling in a form and email to them. The a case manager will handle the dispute by contacting True Rewards. I am worried now.

          Thanks, TA. I rang my bank last night about it and was told to contact True Rewards. But they cancelled my card straight away to avoid future charges. This morning $30 charge disappeared before I contacted True Rewards.

          My partner's account got no problem purchasing a Choice giftcard, but his credit card is locked by his bank.

          Such a hassle for buying a gift card.

          BTW, my card is from different bank.

              @tightarse: It's ok. First time buying Choice gift card. Is this company ok? Shouldn't I worry about this company? I use ING and my partner use Westpac. First time my partner's credit card was locked by Westpac. He found out this morning.

              In my case charge disappeared from transaction list overnight. Obviously won't get cashback. Could have bought something else.

              Anyone else has the same experience?

        Thanks tightarse. Didn't realise. I ended up using the app. I used the clickthru on the app for the Uniqlo with 20% off capped at $25. From what I can see as you mentioned above I'll get the 20% cashback from the Uniqlo once off - and also qualify for the $10 off? As my order was $80 before either applied?

    I just purchased $40 Data only Sim and expected cashback is $3.50 not $35 .

      Unfortunately has nothing to do with Cashrewards and everything to do with True Rewards (the provider). We’re hoping they’ll be able to provide alternatives soon, but in the meantime we either have them as they are or not have them at all. Many thousands of transactions however would attest that it’s not currently a major blocker. Thanks.

        Well its an unobtainable deal for some if they only have cards that don't show pending transactions. Same if you're trying to use Coles mastercard gift cards to pay as they too don't show them. I understand it is out of your hands if you're dealing with an external party but what is in your hands is implementing a system to pay internally with cashback and then you paying Truerewards or something of that nature. Or work with them to make it possible to pay with the already linked cards in CR accounts or at least verify with a code via text rather than a code via preauthorization. Literally no one does it that way

      Seems it only works with banks that have OSKO eg. ING, MyState Bank ets. Maybe open an account with one of them. Usually takes minutes.

    So I ended up cancelling my Amazon order as the cashrewards extension wasnt showing a tick even though I pressed the activate button. If I re-purchase the order now, will I still be eligible? Or have i screwed it up? Even after pressing the activate button again its still not coming up as activated.

        Provided your second purchase was from an eligible category and you activated first, you’ll get the bonus irrespective of initial cancellation.

      Someone else in this post did exactly the same thing. They called True Rewards and the issue was resolved in minutes. Suggest calling them at 9am on 1800 850 739 :)

    What is the go if you use eBay gift cards and you either return item or order gets cancelled? I recall using one years ago, seller cancelled an order and I lost the whole amount. Have they changed this, or did I not pursue eBay enough?

    Hi. I activated the offer and bought something from Amazon but it did not register. When I go to the click history it shows the click through to Amazon but there is no button to send a claim for it.

    This is the second time that this has occurred.

      Are you sure you purchased from an eligible category and it's not showing in your account as $0? Please make sure the Amazon terms were followed, especially the 3 below the link. You'll need to wait 7 days to lodge a claim (claim button will appear in click history).
