Update: Looks like Liquorland have finally got their arse in gear and updated the website. The only change is that the $30 spend offer is claimed to be for Click & Collect only, though in the past deliveries have also qualified.
The $30 spend offer is for a Click & Collect shop on any items. Limited to one transaction per flybuys account.
The $100 spend offer is for a shop on 200 selected wines/spirits/pre-mixes. Note: You must spend $100 on the selected items to get the additional 2000 points (for a total of 3000 bonus points—you automatically qualify for the $30 spend offer as well). Limited to one transaction per flybuys account.
Points can take up to 4 weeks to be credited, though for some (most?) people they appear within a day or two. You must wait the 28/30/312 days from the offer expiry / transaction date3 before contacting customer support. If you do so earlier, they will just tell you to wait out that period before contacting them again.

Apparently some support team members have claimed the wait period is a month, not 4 weeks. Personally I think they're confused because it's 4 weeks from the offer expiry. So if the offer lasts more than a day and you purchase on the first day, the wait period can be longer than 28 days (up to 5 weeks for week long ones). ↩

I received 1,000pts, as it stated on the order page. However, can't see it on my activity statement on Flybuys app.
