An Android phone with an inferior cpu and endless bugs with camera setup released 1 year ago for $1299? I will pass.

    • Yeah not worth it with the camera issues

Thought this was the s21 ultra for a sec :(

    • Yeah, I wish. Maybe 6 more months. I can wait since my phone works fine for the moment.

Just FYI, the S21 Ultra goes for $1244 via the Samsung Education store.

The S21 Ultra isn't really a drop-in replacement for Galaxy Note users, but it does support S-pen which has to be bought seperately.

S-pen for sells for about $49 and a 3rd party phone case with S-pen slot is probably around $15~20 depending on the brand.

    • If you don't have access, people on marketplace, gumtree etc. often resell these sealed in box with an original invoice for a little extra.

    • Sale ended on the 3rd of May for the educational store

Thanks, I will expire it now.

  • Id pick the s21+ for around same price. I got the s20 ultra and the camera focus bugs cause dissapointment. I paid $1600 on release for mine and the camera is the main issue I have with it. It's gotten better with patches but definitely hit or miss still.

Exynos cpu hasn't been a problem for me. It's never laggy and the extra battery usage ain't that bad since I still get 5 or 6 hours screen time on optimised mode. I'm always close to a charger and if I am not I just turn on battery saving mode.

    not a deal imo.

    • Where is it cheaper?

      • The phone just isn't good… note 20 ultra snapdragon version only 100 $ more but infinitely better.

Jeez with Samsung throwing out s21s at ridiculous pricing, seems crazy to even consider s20

  • …is it a dual sim though???

    • Yes, Dual SIM (nano-SIM+ eSIM)

Who is even +ing this post? How is this a deal when S21 Ultra is cheaper than this? I paid under 850 for my s21 ultra with 500 trade in bonus + 200 chat credit + 50 newsletter credit. (45 for trading up my Pixel 3XL which I didn't return and paid 45 for non-return fee)

  • Got my Navy S21 Ultra 256gb for $479 with Samsung previous Trade in bonus and promo.

S20 ultra for $1299?…. I wonder how many people will buy it?

    • How did you managed get it for $479? I knew there was a trade in deal with up to $400 bonus I reckon?

  • Umh.. I just sold my nearly new S20 Ultra for $740 on eBay today…

      ask for it back lmao

  • S20 FE 5G might be a better bargain.

Can purchase S20 FE 5G for $599 at Samsung Store (Current price $799 less $150 discount code & $50 sign up promotion code).

The $150 discount code is similar to what was discussed at this thread: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/619315

But $200 discount is for S21 series while S20 FE is $150.

    • Is it dual sim version?
