This is a highly underrated deal. Last time it ran I used the promo code for online orders about 10 times. Purchasing photo frames and blinds stacking with there regular 50% off was a steal. Had to cop the $11.95 (or whatever) shipping but it was worth it and just saved the hassle of finding it all instore where maybe they didn’t have the stock I wanted.

Wonder if they’ll carry the deal over to NZ. They have done previously!

    •

how did u use it more than once ? different accounts ?

      • +1 vote

No it’s a generic code and it let me use it repeatedly. Obviously for the best bang for your buck you need to make the order just over $100

    •

Absolutely. I have bought some great bargains over the last few years.

Nice! I tend to prefer to cop the shipping fee with Spotlight than go to the stores.. finding things in there is a freaking nightmare! Unless I'm looking for a specific fabric texture that I need to see I tend to just buy online.

I'll be stocking up on some fabric… because you can never have too much!

  •

Omg nice ! Last time it saved me $40 off something that was at rrp so i basically got a 40% discount no strings attached.

  •

Do you have to sign up in store or something? When I go to online sign up, it asks for an email and then goes to a login screen.

  •

What do you usually buy with this deal?

    • +1 vote

      Yarn

  •

    Yes!!!!

  •

I'm confused, how do we get a coupon?

    •

Wait for the catalogue to come out maybe?

      •

        Oh awesome, thanks.

Just order online using that code. Need to be logged in though I think. I would be too ashamed using it 10 times in store though

    •

Usually I buy in store and you just tell them you want to use the $40 coupon snd they already have it printed. Never had an issue redeeming it.

  •

Says to 'surrender coupon upon purchase' would we be able to purchase online?

    •

Oh right, just apply coupon code for online purchase*

They have a new sale every week!
Before buying have a look at the reviews here: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/spotlight

I think if you can go to the store and buy direct it's probably OK. Online orders with Spotlight make me nervous considering the reviews.
Your decision. I only supply the link to let you guys know of potential problems. Good luck!

Had a bunch of items in the cart. They all went up in price at midnight and the cost is now $3 more than it was half hour ago without the voucher lol

  •

They just had 40% off everything in store. Has that finished now?

  •

Does anyone know if there are any other ways to stack this discount with others to bring things down a little more? I know it is a good deal but I want something a bit dearer than $100 and I'd like to get it down a bit more, taking into account postage charges.

  •

Can I use the screenshot above in-store? Not sure whether they allow us to use it……

OP, can I ask you where I can find the original Facebook post, please?

  •

Is this a good place to buy bedding products or there are better places? I'm after queen sized fitted sheets that actually fit.

  •

Getting this error when trying to use the promo codes listed above. any idea what im doing wrong. logged in (vip membership) and item more than $100 and in stock.

Promo code is invalid or conditions not met. Please note, promo codes are case sensitive.

  •

got and chucked it in the bin

there's nothing really to get for $60

  •

I got Mill End packs yesterday in store for half price, so $5 each!
I didn't see them listed in the new brochure. I didn't use my $40 off coupon.

  •

any recommendations on pillows from spotlight?
    thank you

  •

Spotlight cancelled 2 of my orders, one of them being blinds that I really wanted. Only cart fillers coming my way. Sigh

  •

I just tried to use a printed copy of the coupon in store. No go.

"You would have received an email or a printed catalogue. We don't have them here."

I guess you could choose, then walk out and do it online with Click and Collect. But you may need to come back later to pick it up.

  •

Just used my voucher in store. Anyone had luck using the voucher twice? Not sure if it’s a ubuque code?

    •

Turns out the codes are identical, have 2 from friends and the barcode is the same on all 3.

I posted a few hours ago that a store did not accept a printed copy (from the image by dealbot). Went to a different store and no problem.

    •

I’d be p*ssed. I used my printed one in store today and they adding question it.

      •

Last couple of years, I was able to use the coupon from ozbargain on my phone. My local spotlight didn't raise and issue. Have also used the same coupon more than twice.

    •

I'm not game to go into store to use it - I want cut fabric and I don't want to be stuck paying $100 for something that would cost me $73 online (after postage fee) if they refuse the code.

  •

I did 2 orders online and got the discount both times. I used 2 different codes but just the one account.

  •

Always love this deal and usually use it multiple times, both in store and online. I got maybe my best Spotlight deal so far today - three sets of Logan & Mason 1000 thread count Supima sheets on the clearance table, came to exactly $100 before discount. I do worry about Spotlight's profitability though.
