There are boxes full of these good quality dog collars near the checkouts in the gardening section. There were a couple of red and blue collars on offer, but it was mostly the khaki and the black with reflective strip. These woven polyester collars are 20mm wide with an adjustable (35cm to 55cm) length.

They're being flogged on eBay for $7.00ea + postage, so maybe go Broden them all and set up your niche business for people who have spent thousands on their dog and now cannot afford the basic accessories they need.
