What exactly makes a $40 sandwich and drink combo?
I do hope it is a lifetime struggle of being an artisan sandwhich maker, with a 20 year apprenticeship at a prestigious Italian sandwhich shop with a further 20 years learning how to make a drink, because anything less and your dreaming.
