The German version of the mouse.
German text on the box and smaller, the mouse is the same.

The reason i looked for this today was that there is a major shortage of the white ones in the US according to a Tech youtuber and people were buying them for full retail from Max Gaming..
Plus i think this is the cheapest i have seen.

18-May-2021 Price drop $171.77 -> $167.52

What's the difference with ze German version?

    • I've got the European version from the last discount on the standard version , think it's just the packaging.

Sitting her wondering if I should've waited, would've preferred USB C over older micro version

      • I don't think any of the Logitech mice have USC-C ? or do they?

        • MX Master 3 does

        • Oh I'm totally wrong then , so the pros over the Wireless G Pro is simply lighter, no rgb ,removal of right side buttons and "better feet"?

I guess I don't feel so bad about my purchase then.

Ah good question, I forgot to write that in the description.
According to Reddit it has German text on the box and it's smaller because of their waste policies, mouse also has a small brush mustache.

mouse also has a small bush mustache

Gotta keep the maus away from the cats…

What’s so special about these that everyone’s going crazy paying so much more for a mouse?

        • Great sensor
          Logitech wireless
          70 hour battery life
          No stupid honeycomb bullshit
No RGB (plus in my book)
63 grams is insanely light for a fullsize, no honeycombed mouse

It's made by Logitech, so you assume it's backed by their usual build quality and reliability.

    • Yeah it’s just the language on the packaging and apparently a smaller packaging. The mouse is exactly the same.

      This one invades Poland

  • Is this a worthy replacement to the G502?

    • +1

It all depends, i used the G903 for a while thinking the weight would help with my aim.
I moved to a G Pro wireless and it took me a week to adapt, now i touch a heavier mouse and its like going from 144hz to 60hz..

If you play FPS id try this out… if you use it for other things and buttons are important.. stay with the 502

    • +1

I upgraded from my old trusty G502. Ive since had it for about 3-4 months now and i love it, the lightweight feel in your hand means you can swing it around a lot easier and there is no cable drag which is a big plus

    • G502 felt fine, but once you go to a g pro x wireless superlight. Thing feels like an absolute brick. Just miss the super-fast scroll. But being an FPS gamer, weight is more important.

Decimal point feels more at home one place to the left. Make mine wired, too.

    • +3

So, uh, buy a G102 then?

  • Excellent price

Ordered. Damn, Amazon's one or two clicks to place an order is dangerous.

  • Says it's temporarily out of stock.

    • Yeah, still lets you order though. Only charges you when they dispatch IIRC.

      • Oh cool. I'll cop this then. Was waiting for a decent price for the white version.

        • Mine was showing delivery for June 1st and now it says they will email me..
          What's everyone's saying?

          • @DJN: Yeah I just got an update and it says it's arriving 24th of July… Did you get a date yourself?

            • @Aetherin: Mine says delivery date pending.
I got in obviously before everyone but changed my posting option later on and I think I got moved back in the queue.
When I ordered it, it said it was due to me June 1st

            • @Aetherin: Also they charge my account the other day, I thought they only charge once its sent. ?

            • @Aetherin: Got a email today its coming this friday

              • @DJN: That was fast, did it come in on Friday? Mine still hasn't even shipped out yet

                • +1

@scarh24: Sure did, when I posted the sale they had " stock arriving 21 May " then it said " back order" .. 1 to 2 months ..

I know someone who bought one an hour after i did and they are still waiting for dispatch.

Worth the wait tho, the mouse is stunning.

                  • @DJN: Damn. Lucky you. So how long did you have to wait in total from the first day of placing your order?

                    • +1

                      @scarh24: ordered the 14th

I bought one during the previous deal.
Fantastic mouse that is still incredibly over priced.
They fixed the switches at least as this was an upgrade over the G pro wireless for me.

  • Oooft, do I pull the trigger on the black version or wait to see if it drops to around $175 also?

    • Quick googling said the black copped more fingerprints/marks and recommended the white, so I went with that. Will see if I like it or not.

      • I'm not fussed about fingerprints etc, everything on my desk is black so would like to keep that going

  • I hate that they took out the right side pinky buttons on this mouse. Saved a few grams sure… but also now I can't switch DPI on the fly easily (or at least I'd have to dedicate the thumb buttons to it and lose other functionality).

    • Interesting.. I wonder if it would be possible to program a keyboard hotkey for it?

  • They could’ve made it lighter with speed holes

Are these gold plated mechanical switches or something?
When I was a kid, mice were around $20 :)

One Origin X is the best mouse ever. It make my hand happy.

Tried different mice - Razer, Logitech, etc

    • Can your hand make me happy?

Price down a bit to $171.77 - bought one

Not enough buttons for a gaming mouse, i.e. g700s

  • Have Logitech actually fixed any issues with the release of this mouse?

I have 2 g903's that both double click (both got warranty replacements that had the same issue eventually) and a g703 with a busted scroll wheel, which is a shame because i did love the g703.

Been using a cheap ultralight MM710 that i got for $40 and definitely want to go ultralight wireless for my next replacement.

    • Replacing the faulty switches is almost fun if you can be bothered

  • +1

Real budget fiends who want a wireless mouse would get a Logitech G305, but the build quality and weight distribution is obviously not as premium.
But at the moment, is there any reason to get this over the new released Razer Orochi v2 which is $115 RRP? (unless you absolutely hate batteries)
I've had 3 Logitech mouse in a row that ended up with double click issues, and thus I'm eyeing alternative brands as I don't want to deal with warranty replacements for such a stupid problem.

  • This or the Razer Orochi v2 ? It's not an insignificant price difference atm.

  • Price drop: $169.84

And again to $167.52. I've cancelled and re-ordered twice now :D
