    Australian apple product?

    • It’s the same model number (MWP22ZA/A) which is listed on other Australian websites (such as the good guys). I also have them from Catch but have been so far unable to find how to tell if they are Australian or grey import.

I know there are a lot of Apple fans in this world, but hear my 2 cents

I returned my pro's because I just couldn't get a secure and reliable fit. medium tips were a bit too large pushing the earpieces out so I would have to adjust them and push them in all the time and be worried about losing the blasted things

small tips were too fken small, so couldn't get a solid grip or seal required for bass or proper ANC for that matter. not to mention that this is conducive to them falling out, which happened twice

so I gave up, returned them and after trying a few different models incl. over ear and in ear, settled on Jabra 75t active. they sit comfortably in the ear, they will never fall out (it's hard enough to remove them from the ears when needed), sound quality and ANC is solid, controls are fantastic.. ANC is so good that I can hardly hear cars walking past 8 lanes of traffic driving past at 70kph

oh and they don't stick out of the ears, which is fantastic as I can put on and remove mask required in public transport without being concerned about accidentally yanking the earpieces out of my ears onto the floor for someone to step on

I think they are essentially better than pros, so people not willing to pay $$$ for pro's, try 75t out, active or elite, both are solid, while active theoretically can survive being dunked into water, and elites are splash proof, no other difference between the two

    for what it's worth

    • How's the Jabra ANC on a bus or train?

very good. I can hardly hear a thing, and whatever gets through appears to be mild and distant

ANC can be customised to give emphasis on the frequencies that annoy you most, I found a setting most suitable for me and it's been awesome.

and at a click of a button you can switch to the opposite - mute the music and just let all external sounds in at a comfortable level, so you can have a quick chat with someone or listen to an announcement.

very solid product in this area

and hey they added ANC via firmware how cool is that? 75t didn't have ANC on release.

oh and I think 85t is a step backwards in some regards, so 75t appears to be the sweet spot ATM

    • How s this for voice calls?

      • solid, but good luck trying to make calls on public transport. otherwise people hear me very well, and I can hear them too very clear

you can also choose how jabras process voices in calls: to leave them as they are, boost treble, or boost bass (my preference)

        very customisable and thought out

    • forgot to mention, 75t elite was $150 on eBay deals recently, but I got my 75t active from Good Guys Commercial for $177 I think

  • Done with catch after seeing their annoying returns processes when I received some damaged lego, plus that dodgy ps5 bait yesterday.

  • Officeworx price beat?
