  • Selling very fast! Only 58% of deal stock left now.
Forgot to mention limit of 2 per customer.

  • +1

Great price can get 2 for free ship

    • THIS IS RESTRICTED TO ONE PER CUSTOMER, ANYONE ORDERING MORE WILL BE REFUNDED
      I don't think you can.

      • Oh well they can refund me then lol

        • Ditto. They could have easily restricted the purchase to one (as it was, it was restricted to two).

          See what happens .

      • Yeah, I think they changed it. Really great price but extremely limited deal stock.

  • Just need to find a 1c item…

Shipping is only $1.99, not overly worth hunting the site to find something cheaper than that.

I did, bought something for $1.95, not realising the 4c saving 😂

  • All gone now. Back to regular price of $81.68 free delivery.

  • 4 minutes too late, great find though OP.

  • NOW $81.68

    • Sorry, I didn't know the stock was so limited. Hopefully it will be back at that price soon.

  • My kid loves Mario but skipped on this, said it's "too old".

    • +2

I think it's more for people who remember the original Game watch form factor, ie what you kid would call 'old people'!

      • +1

Yeah 40yo male, target audience here. Have one next to the rice cooker in the kitchen, sad as it is and paid a LOT more for it at the time.

    • I think most kids would agree. If they’re into retro gaming, Super Mario World would probably be the more popular one. This is more of a nostalgic buy for die hard classic game lovers or people in their 40’s wanting to relive a part of their youth.

      • Sadly, that's true. I'm afraid to use my original Game & Watches in case the buttons turn to dust.

No worries if you don't like Mario. People are hacking these to play many old games, like Doom.

  • Thanks these are great.

Damn missed it. Still have my childhood collection. https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/221092/89024/08448887-…

    • I.had DJ-101……but never had a dual screen game 😭

    • In boxes too!

I have Greenhouse, Oil Panic, Donkey Kong, Mario Bros.

      What’s the bottom one?

      • +1

        Mickey & Donald.

      • DM would be the Donald and Mickey game which is multi-screen.

    • woooow.. thats pretty cool..

  • Wish they would remake these. They had mini keychain versions but I could never find one.

  • I was looking for something else today and saw my son’s one lying unused since day 1 on a shelf.

Bit of a FOMO factor on this one

I would just like to reminder everyone of the lie nintendo told us all initially, that these would no longer be produced after march.

    • +4

Just like John Farnams goodbye tour you reckon??

    • They did a large run prior to March and ending, they were mostly unavailable in Australia during the release period, don't believe they have been super popular since, compared to other electronics.

    • I don't necessarily think Nintendo has lied to us. In fact I think Nintendo did some of us a favour by making a large batch available just prior to March. I was one of those who couldn't get their hands on one until March. These could just be surplus stock from overseas (note the PEGI rating) as there seems to be more stock overseas and it doesn't necessarily mean that they are still producing them. If you have a look at the availability of these at local retailers, they are getting hard to come by.

    • To be fair… the photo listed is the UK version. So going off that, they've acquired units from other places.

  • I was lucky enought to get this for 69 bucks on launch day the "Australian version" from a collectors point of view thats important even though the badge is the only thing different on the EU and Aussie verison.

  • It's now $71.59 with free delivery. I think this is the cheapest price at the moment.
