      Did not know this, been using it for hot drinks for years, seemed to work fine… is it just because of 'plastics' they say it's not suitable for hot? works just fine I though…

        Also used for hot coffee on morning commute for probably 5 years, never any issues, just grabbed another one.
        Stainless steel better than the coloured ones in my experience.
