The mattresses are very firm, but you have three ways of putting it together to get 3 levels of firmness. The softest combination was still too firm for me ,but added a mattress topper and its fine.
The best thing is they have a try and send back if you don't like it. Then it goes to a charity shop.
Both of my mattresses come from the charity shops at under $150 each.
The outer cover unzips and is machine washable.
I have been very happy to spend a little bit of extra time to wash everything and pay a token amount of cash that goes to charity.Which charity was it?

I got one, on the firmest setting was waaaay to soft for me.
Refund process was okay, took a bit of time.I ended up checking up gumtree and found a queen size for $350 from a random family. Their house was very clean and they had it in the spare room where they had international students before COVID. Obviously $150 at salvo would have been better but $350 seems reasonable.
Laying on the firm side now and it feels just right for my back.
Do you get extra discount with the other code?

Guessing from the code it is an additional $10 discount for buying more than 1 pillowcase.

Has anyone tried the Ecosa pillows? I just purchased Sleeping Duck's which is too low and soft. One Dunlopillo I have is too soft and the other too firm. Need one that's just right. Any suggestions?
