You should send some to scarbir.com to review, I'll only buy cheap wireless earphones that they recommend

    • they reviewed it on rtings, they are pretty thorough

Thanks. It's like store reps don't even want to sell their product, there's no reason the rep couldn't add some favourable reviews to the description

        • Its pretty hard these days to find good reviews, chances are you have to sit through some 'influencer' BS

@zoner: Apparently these were until recently the 'Best Wireless Earbuds Under $100' on rtings. I think reps want to pretend there aren't literally a hundred other options in their product category and don't feel the need to 'sell' to us because they knocked some percentage off full price.

Scarbir seems to be just one person, reviewing only cheap headphones they mainly buy themselves, and only using affiliate links to make money out of it. It's very much in the Ozb spirit - although I think they're in Europe somewhere.

Edit: After all that it looks like they have a scarbir review which is good with one big but…

  • Better be better than both the Creative Outlier Airs and Outlier Golds. I'm having to sending mine back for the 4th time now for repair within the warranty period of a year.

    • What seems to be the problem?

      • 3 counts of the driver going faulty for reasons unknown and 1 count of the black earpiece sound control flap coming off (exposing the electronics inside).

  • Single Mic sounds pretty garbage if your in public spaces/transport, also suffers hissing and very obvious if you're a podcast listener.
