I think this is one of the best value laptops on sale in AUS based on my quick search. Definitely worth considering in comparison to the Legion 5i (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/622697). The 2070 MaxQ should be between 5% - 15% faster and cooled appropriately. Also, the massive battery is a benefit for some.

One thing to consider is the NOSECAM :(

  I like this design more than the legion 5. Legion 5 just has so many good reviews though

    Legion 5 has very good cooling, is very quiet and has decent battery life. I've seen people complain about Gigabyte quality but I've never had a bad experience with them. I bought a Legion 5 recently (for programming and photo / video editing mainly) and it works like a champ. If you want it mainly for gaming this seems like a better machine.
