Uncertain if 5% is the ongoing rate, but from memory there's been a while they were unavailable for people looking to get eBay GCs at 5% (as sometimes their rate get reduced to 1.x%). FYI, CashRewards' similar Choice GC currently has 1.5% cashback rate.
The most common use for Swap Gift Card is to swap to eBay Gift Cards.

I wonder why the $50 and $100 cards are only 4%?
Normal rate but still good, and better than the competition.
I think the small 1% drop for $50 and $100 has to do with popularity and stock, they ran 8% on the $20 cards in the past stating too much stock as the reason.
Can you Swap the $500 Swapcard for larger denomination Ebay cards, or is the swapping limited to 5x $100 Ebay cards?
You can get $500 eBay GCs. That's what I like about the SB app store and Swap GCs. Great for larger purchase, 5% CB (yeah it's been 5% for a while now) and large denomination. Can't do that with CR last time I tried (before they cut CB to 1.5%).

Yep, looks to be lowered to 4%. Only $20 is temporarily at 5% due to the upsized cashback. Quite disappointing

Slightly disappointed that only the $20 is 5% now, but they're just competing with themselves (eBay is 3%), CR eBay is 1% and Choice is 1.5%.

Pretty sure it's been 5% for a while and the normal rate. Cashrewards lowered their rate for the True Rewards Choice GC though.
