Seems to be $150 off outright IF you connect it with a plan. Is that correct or can you just buy the phone outright and not have to sign up to any plan?
I don't think you need to buy a plan.
Nevermind found the fineprint "Outright purchases are only available with eligible plans."
You can go through the check out process without selecting a plan, though you have to register for a Telstra ID.

few price matched with JB, Goodguys and OW in the same deal couple of weeks before.
I tried through OW a few weeks ago and they said no, tried through JB and they said only if I bought apple care, so I said no.
