    Tried twice now, and it's never tracked. Didn't even get to lodge a request, because they have a limit on the time before it expires. Haven't got a cent off Shopback in any purchase, compared to Cashrewards. Will probably never use it again. Yes I've heard of solutions that include using PayPal, but at this point, I don't trust them to track anything.

      It's never failed for me – tracked and confirmed twice with Shopback and thrice with CR.

      Mine didn’t track twice even after clicking through the Shopback App and using the App’s in-built web browser, paid with PayPal. They make you work worth more than they offer as a cashback. When you submit missing cashback request, their excuses mostly blame on the CashBack store. I still keep using it, hoping it will improve one day..let see how far i go before i give up

      Weirdly for me it’s the other way around. It usually tracks via ShopBack and usually fails via CashRewards.

    I lost 30% Firstchoiceliqur reward just a few days ago.

    Last time I can't get the $10 cashback from Pizza hunt as shopback said they can't get the commission from them. Here is the response,

    "…and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the cashback along to you."

    Would raise it to ACCC help?

      I received the same email from Shopback after initiating the enquiry. I had several successful Pizza Hut cashback until the most recent time. Ordering through the Shopback app, I encountered an error right after payment was processed.

    Just ordered for 2 pizzas and 2 sides for $29.95 delivered. Cashback $10 came through as pending within 10 mins essentially making this deal $19.95.

    Even for pick up on 2 for tuesday would cost me $14.95 and to buy 2 1.25l coke even on special would be about $1.70 each. So Im paying the convinience to deliver to my home for about $1.50 which is fair enough. The local pizza hut beats dominos in toppings by miles and bigger too so I prefer pizza hut over Dominos.

    About the 3rd time ive used similar deals. Never any issues tracking via the mobile app. Tracking notification comes through within 10mins.
