Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be so easy to get in contact with some of Xi's state-based actors.

haha we're not all pre-pubescent Hong Kongers easily manipulated by western media to hate our own kin.

      • +1

Are Hong Kongers unable to form to their own opinions from what they witness in their streets in person?

You prefer the colour blue to red? Well you've must've been manipulated by the Devil!!!

        • -2

Hong Kongers just have an introverted world view where they think they are superior to feral mainlanders and they deserve to have a greater voice in the affairs of China, when the large majority of Hong Kong youth have no real world skills; have never had a job and contribute nothing of value to society.
That's why Shenzhen has surpassed HK despite a 50 year head start.

          • +3

@xinyi: Are you speaking on behalf of all Hong Kongers?

            • @Ughhh: No I'm speaking from my own experiences in dealing with Hong Kongers.

Hong Kongers will find the world has changed since when China was a backward nation that needed Hong Kong as a gateway to export. It's their fault they haven't adapted to a changing global landscape.

              • +2

                @xinyi:

It's their fault they haven't adapted to a changing global landscape.

And they're fine with it, they want to be left alone, at least till the agreement is over, but CCP keep putting their fingers in HK.

You seem to think everyone wants what you want.

                • @Ughhh: The agreement was for One Country, two systems.

Hong Kongers obviously can't read the One Country bit.

                  • +4

@xinyi: As if Hong Kong people had their rights to choose? Don't think Hong Kong people ever wanted to be ruled by CCP.

                  • +4

@xinyi: I'm not sure what about "two systems" you dont understand…..

                    • @Ughhh: Well Scott Morrison also said he supports "one country, two systems" between China mainland and Taiwan. That's pretty amusing. Thanks for the support Scotty

                      • +2

@xinyi: lol you're struggling. Try harder, Xi is disappointed in you.

@xinyi: And can you please take the Victorian BRI scrap paper and burn it on the way back to China, Cheers!

      • +4

Mate put down the CCP apologist handbook and learn what a joke is.

      • +3

Mainlander, Hongkee, Taiwanese same ethnic, different entity. May be you can't understand it but everyone else who is no Pro CCP can.

        • -2

HKers still have a colonial mentality where they are dogs in front of the British, but wolves in front of Chinese.

Taiwan only exists because it is a geopolitcal tool for the USA to divide China. Moment that the USA is weak, Taiwan won't exist. There is no entity called Taiwan - it's just where the KMT fled after the civil war.

          • +3

@xinyi: This is the true colour of CCP, they just don't care what other think or like.

            • @justwii: Your comment has no relevance to my comment why even reply?

              • +1

@xinyi: Help the CCP sheep is lost in Australia, banana much?

          • +4

@xinyi: What I find amazing is how you always assume that HK is "manipulated by western media to hate our own kin.". Is it not possible that HK and US/UK are using each other?
The anger is towards CCP. The CCP is smart, instead of dealing it themselves, make it personal for the sheep, let the sheep fight and defend for them.

            • @Ughhh: The CCP is already digging a tunnel in Meizhou bay linking Fuzhou and Xiamen. After that finishes, they will extend bay tunnel to Taipei.

Fujian-Taiwan will be restored to its previous designation under Qing China and all the Hokkienese in Fujian/Taiwan will unite again. We already have CATL in Ningde,Fujian and TSMC in Taiwan, Fujian-Taiwan will be a powerhouse in IC and next gen batteries and EVs.

The Western world will still be going on about batshit Q Anon and Ugyhur theories.

              • +2

@xinyi: And what did you contribute to help achieve that? You're not the CCP, nor on the same hierarchy.

                • @Ughhh: Neither are you contributing anything to HK or Taiwan. I'm sure of that at least.

                  • +1

@xinyi: How do you know? You know nothing, you don't even know what you don't know.

You also conveniently never answered my question:

Are you old enough to travel by yourself prior to Covid?

          • +5

@xinyi: The world will soon unite against the China communist oppressors and welcome the truly free Republic of Taiwan and Republic of Hong Kong. Long live democracy and freedom!!!

Winnie the Pooh when he reads all these comments: "Oh, bother"

    • Why Xi can reflect on the progess that China has made in the past decade and be proud. Australia has lost an entire decade under the leadership of Scotty from Marketing and Lord Voldemort from the seat of Dickson

LOL you obviously have not seen the Pooh character: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhl4oKvxphs

What progress? China is still a shithole.
It's quality of life ranking has dropped from #32 to #49 in the space of 25 years.
Australia has moved from #18 to #2.
Taiwan, after separating from China is #14
Singapore, a tiny island after being expelled from Malaysia and forced to fend for itself, is sitting at #6 , higher than China
Even Germany and Japan, after being crushed by the Allies and razed to the ground, are ranking higher than China.
Mexico even sits higher than China.

Xi can reflect on the progress on his bank account. That is all. You think his personal wealth = progress of China.

Would be interesting to see how many people are taking screenshots of their comments so we had a rough idea of who's trying to improve their social credit scores, lol.

  • Just got an email advising order cancelled due to an overwhelming response to the sale on these items. Very disappointed, wondering how they'll go about refunding to a Coles Myer gift card.

    • Normally they give you back as their gift card.. this case Target
