    • +1

No, only the A52 & A72 has OIS.

      • thanks mate. getting a new phone for my older parents. i'm going to make sure it has OIS because i am sick of getting blurry photos sent to me lol

        • Go for a xiaomi pocophone

      • One night stand?

    • Ordnance Initiation System

      Yes

This seller is dodgy. Beware. Please read user experience who bought iPhone 12 recently from this seller.

    • +4

I bought DJI mini 2 propellers, they send me mini 1 propellers, and told me can use mini 1 propellers on mini 2, How stupid, I spent 1 hour in the shop telling them both propellers are different, but they don't care and keep saying that is fit on mini 1, Lucky I don't believe that (mod: removed inflammatory remark), otherwise, I will lose my drone

        Hi sikawong

        sorry to hear your issues,

While the complaints make your store seem terrible, this support is undeniably excellent.

Good on you for the taking the time to comment and offer help with their order :)

          • @Zackeroo: You can't possibly be so naive to see what the Store Rep is actually doing here?

            • @xyron: I legit can't lol. I thought they were just trying to help out?? 😭

              • +2

@Zackeroo: They are posting publicly in response to public comments to give the illusion that they care. But you need to consider why the original complainer felt compelled to post publicly in the first place (usually, because the store couldn't be bothered giving good customer service in private).

                • @xyron: Hmm, fair enough lol. I just figured that the original complainer happened to be talking to a shitty store rep, and this one here was a 'not-shitty' store rep :)

                  • @Zackeroo: A store that claims to have good customer service shouldn't have any "shitty" reps.

                    • +1

@xyron: You'll always find shitty customer service wherever you go. In some places it will be more rare, but I've definitely had terrible services at places where it should have been the opposite

        • Yes, your shop SELL DJI Mavic Mini 2 Propellers (Pair) On ebay, But your shop Send Mini 1 Propellers to me, and tell me they are same

Do you have a link? Not used them recently, but had nothing but good experiences over the last few years.

      • Happy to share the link. First hand experience. Bought and paid for new in box iphone 12 pro 128gb. Even called and checked. Went there and phone seal was broken. Opened the box and phone was kept flip side. Luckily it was never used as per Apple website but still wouldn’t want an open box when paid for new. Some got used handset some got demo then had to follow return procedures.

          Hi ashftc

Sorry to hear your bad experiance, there were some confusion with "brand new" and "open box, as new" condition.
sounds like you have pickup the order from our store, if you purchased the "Brand New" iphone 12, you should have option not to accepted the opened box when you in store, our store should give you option to swarp or refund if condition not as describled. please PM me share exactly the issues so I can try my best help.

          • +5

@AHUANG: Confusion happens with one customer. Not with tens of customers. You told me seal gets broken in tansit and I accepted it assuming you were saying truth until I heard so many other people talking about it. I bought it as a present and I gave it away. Had no choice but to accept your lie despite clearly asking on phone before placing order and picking it up.

I will always share this experience wherever I can to make people aware and will never buy from your store again.

I also had a similar issue. The ad said it was new, I also called up to confirm it was new. Received the iPhone but it was sealed by them and not Apple as it had a generic wrap on it and not the one Apple uses. Opened the box to find the phone had clearly been used with fingerprints and scratches. More info here

          Hi AzBargainhunter

Sorry to hear your bad experiance, this is certainly not what we want to hear!

I have replied your comment ask for the order details, as you know we are constantly seeking to improve, without the order details, we are not able to indenify the exact issues.

          Thanks!

@AHUANG: I don’t need any help I’m just letting other users know my experience with your store.

  • Is this dual sim + separate micro SD card slot (not using the second sim slot)?
It's hard to find a phone nowadays with dedicated micro SD card slot…

"The Galaxy A32 has the volume and power buttons on the right, and they're easy to reach when you're using the phone. You'll also find a 3.5mm jack at the bottom next to the USB-C port and the speaker, and Samsung offers a full-width SIM card tray that houses two SIM cards as well as a microSD slot." Slightly cheaper on Samsung website, $349

Only if your $50 voucher ever turns up

      • +1

$200 loyalty voucher works too. $50 bucks off. Does not stack with newsvoucher, however. You can put them both, but only one of them will work.

        • Loyalty / retention voucher?

  • How does this compare with Nokia X20 5G?

    • This is 4G though.

  • dual sim

    Esim?

    • No

  • For the same coin, you could get a Redmi Note 10 Pro…

    • +1

Or for extra $30 you could get A52 which is better than note Pro and a32 and has au warranty

      • Couldn't find this A52 for $30+ more on their store.

        • It's on Samsung education store 20%off + $50off voucher for sign-in, its 429 (my bad, thought its 400) in total with free delivery

          • @rwt: the voucher is only for new sign ups

  • +2

The seller give me very bad experience. I will never buy anything in their shop

    • Hi TonyNaZ

I'm really sorry to hear about your bad experience, this is certainly not what we want to hear!
We are constantly looking to improve, If you would like to discuss this matter further, please PM me.

      • +3

Sad to see your store go down like this. I have previously purchased an iPhone Se and XS with no issues however I will go else where next time. Why not just act honestly? It looks like you reputation with OZB has been flushed down the toilet. When I spend > 1k on a phone I want to be certain I am getting a new phone and not a second hand phone with scratches.

        • Hi icecold5000

Thanks for your feedback, sorry for hear some people are not happy with recent purchase iphone 12, we have listed Brand new, Opened box and Refur/Preowned on eBay, some ebay listing condition weren't mapped correctly that also cause confusion, that's why we also try to put condition in the title.

I also noticed our CS are calling customer if warehouse pickup package condition not sealed properly before we shipped out. We definately want to be honestly with our customer, communicate with our customer upfront with they purchase, we also offer 30 days return for all the purchase. Any issues please do contact our CS team [email protected] or PM rep.

          • @AHUANG: I appreciate your reply as you have supported OZB in the past through good bargains. It may be advantageous to educate your CS people that a dollar saved may cost your company $100 down the line. Reputation is everything and like Apple products people are willing to pay a premium for security of mind when purchasing high value products.

          • @AHUANG: I wasted a lot of my time writing to your colleagues. My issue was never resolved. I won't buy from mobileciti again.

Ohh please, starting to sound like a broken record.

  • +1

i had it my original deal
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/625200
didn't bother starting a new deal though :)

  • If I don't need 5g, should I get this or the moto plus posted on ozbargain a few days ago?

    • +2

Samsung has more regular security updates than Motorola. With Samsung, you most likely will get 1or2 Android OS version update as well.

  • +1

Most of the time, Mobileciti sends new stocks. But at random times, they sell "re-sealed stock" as Brand New. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/544123

    • Just want to clarify, you most likely will receive brand new devices for day-to-day purchases.

  • Guys, search for A32/A42 comparison videos in Youtube…
A32 is using shitty CPU which really slow.
even running default app (like settings) is slow..
    nice design though.

    • A32 its a basic phone - shitty CPU, shitty screen, shitty camera. It should cost something about 150

      • Samsung A32 4G has AMOLED Screen with 90Hz refresh rate. The cameras are quite good too (comparable or better than many Chinese Phones in the same price range). As for speed, A32 has lower-end CPU but perfectly adequate for most non-gamers, 6GB of RAM so it should run OK.

        (A32 5G is a different beast completely)
