    Yes, the full version is not cheap. But, it's the gold standard in CAD software with an astounding range of features.

        I am serious. I've been exposed to three different CAD programs (AutoCAD, Solidworks, and something else I can't recall), both as a user and in a support role. AutoCAD is streets ahead of the rest. Solidworks is very capable, but it's still aimed mostly at industrial design and is missing some of the depth that AutoCAD can provide.
