  • I think it's just the Yellow version. The blue and black are more expensive.

  • Sweet for a backup phone. No nfc, slow storage and samsung camera tho.

    • +1

UFS 2.1 is much faster than say eMMC but it's not UFS 3.0 obviously. Budget phones cut corners in obvious places.

    • I looked into the specs of my vivo x50 lite and performance wise it's almost identical. Been using it for 3 to 4 weeks and it never stutters or lags at all, I really don't know what real world difference it would make to have ufs 3 over 2.1? I would go further and say I don't know why people would pay more let alone 1k for a phone, the camera on this is as good as it needs to be, I am not shooting broadcast video with it.

      • Not liking the Vivo x50 lite camera
Also Vivo has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Worth the extra $75 we paid at JB Hifi.

        • What's your issue with the camera? I've had the odd shot go wrong, but it's been easy to work out what I did wrong and fix it for the next shot (was very rare, e.g. white balance going out because I tapped to focus on a very dark area of the field of view

My response was more a rebuttal of the person above's complaint that performance was somehow not up to scratch

Gcam improves the camera a lot.

  • this or the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 from the other deal?

  • Just remember that miui on this device does not work with optus MMS.

    • i would expect that for this, The Optus MMS APN would simply need to be entered in

settings / SIM Cards & Mobile Networks / Select your Sim / Access Point Names / New APN

  • No band 28

  • I recently bought Optus a72 oppo, buying this or redmi note 10 makes any sense ?

    • +1

Oppo A72 is a better phone than this. No reason to downgrade ;)

  • Does Android Auto work with these phones?

  • I bought this from the last deal.when in on a call on loudspeaker, the phone hangs up the call automatically after a few minutes (about 5-8) with an error message - no activity detected. I haven't been able to fix it.
