    Solved, buy a US Xbox gift card. Make sure you use a US address that has no sales tax. Like Oregon or Alaska

  Not worth it unless you want an upgrade to the next gen edition. Currently NBA 2K21 is available on game pass so play that before you decide to buy this edition, cause it's just the same game in the end.

  And the VCs and all those things you get with this? The season's about to end and this September they'll release another edition (so 2K22) so the points will be worthless unless you grind on My team, My career, The Park etc.

  Also offline will be bad as half the things in the game that goes in will be disabled (as most will need internet access to actually access).
