      Mine was the same, i took a layer of skin off trying to turn that allen wrench at the half way mark.
      I used a multi grip just under the T of the handle and got all 3 in all the way. Was tough though.

          Not as comfortable as my Aeron v1, but better than a bucket seat gaming chair for sure. The base feels great, and it slides forward & back which actually makes a nice difference between say working and relaxing.
          The headrest feels too far forward even though its all the way back.
          The back support at default is good for me, i didnt need to adjust it and my back doesnt hurt like its being corrected too much. My aeron hurt my lower back at first.
          Im 6ft, 118klg.

            @Awsam: I actually think the neck rest is fine. It also adjust in three different directions have you tried all the options and still too far forward?

      So they screw in but not all the way. I'm not sure if that's intended but it still sways forward (can't see a problem as we lean backwards on it.) But is solid leaning backwards.

    Got mine. Pretty happy with it, very comfortable and very adjustable, mine is the version with the recline tension adjustment knob. Complaints are that the armrests are a little bit loose when wobbled, don't know if higher end chairs would be more solid in this area, never had any exposure. However, it's not really noticeable in normal use and I think I'll just live with it. Headrest was very fiddly to install due to the design, got it in the end.

    As for anyone having trouble with the bolts, my first advice would be to push the bolt against the hole and rotate slowly COUNTER-clockwise until you hear and feel a click, then start going the other way. This will ensure you don't cross-thread the bolt. If you get stuck then give the chairback a bit of a shake to realign the holes and continue, this will help if your bolt is stuck due to friction against the hole. Don't just tighten one screw at a time, work on them evenly.

      Pretty happy with mine as well! Just a shame the chair doesn't go down lower, it seems too high for me at the lowest setting (I'm 180cm) or maybe I'm just too used to gaming chairs that sit a lot lower!

    Just got mine today, and i love it so far
    Much needed upgraded from those "gaming" chairs since i sit at the desk over 10 hours for work. It's not herman miller aeron comfortable but for a fraction of the price, it will definitely pay off in the long run.
    Assembling was easy and straight forward too. Probably each to their own, but one of the holes for the head rest screw was smaller than the other on mine so the screw for that one was slightly more difficult to tighten.

      I'm quiet happy with mine I got the fabric foam seat, very comfortable and easy to adjust.

        Well, the problem is that I ordered the mesh seat and want the mesh seat. They have finally replied after submitting a Refund request, though, so am sending it back tomorrow and they’ll send a whole new chair
