The Jetboil Flash - Camo adds more enjoyment to your favourite outdoor adventure. Like all of Jetboil's innovative systems, Flash is an all-in-one design, combining burner and cooking vessel in one compact unit. Everything you need is stacked and stored inside the 1.0-litre cooking cup. The system lights with the click of a button and within two minutes provides two cups of boiling water for cocoa, coffee, instant soup or a gourmet freeze-dried meal. The newly designed burner secures the igniter, protecting it from bumps along the road. The Jetboil Flash is designed to be one of the safest cooking solutions out there. The cooking cup clips onto the burner, preventing accidental spills, and the fuel canister tripod ensures overall stability. The insulating cozy has a colour-changing heat indicator that signals when contents are hot.

    does it really?

I think it would be the opposite, as you'll have a hard time finding it…

    Seems good but damned expensive

Yes you can get much cheaper similar products but they do come with less verbiage.

          • @SueyJitSu: Nice, I will look into it

          • @SueyJitSu: Yeah except the first time I used it I looked away for 10 seconds, it boiled over and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off with boiling liquid spilling over the sides haha. That was fun…

          • @SueyJitSu: Just a quick warning to check this does what you want before you buy it - when I looked at the K Mark one in the flesh in-store 2 months ago, it wasn't actually possible to pack the gas cannister into the cup and then into the cooking pot as per the photos on the outside of the box (and this was using the Campmaster brand gas pictured). The rim of the cannister was wider than the orange cup, and even if the orange cup was removed and put the cannister directly inside the pot it sticks out too much to put the lid on it.

You might carry your gas cannisters outside of the pot anyway, but if you're space constrained just be aware it doesn't function exactly as pictured.

            Hope this helps.
