    Don't buy the Aussie version!
The australian version of the note20 does NOT have the flagship processor. The international version of the note20 featured on youtube reviews for example is a different phone. Aussie version should be called the note20 lite.

  • Is this dual sim?

    • Technically Yes, 1 nano sim + eSim , but you can't have 2 physical sims on the phone

  • I paid $1300 in December 2020 for Note20 Ultra. $950 is a bargain minus the Ultra.

Thanks for pointing this out I've been holding out for one like this..

  • On JB HI-FI website it says , it is Carrier Version (Australian carrier variant only. Device is unlocked, and works on all Australian networks ). Does it mean it won't work with overseas sim/network ?

    • Not sure if that is correct or not as they have another listing which says Carrier version in the title. https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/samsung-galaxy-note20-5g-…
They may have copied the description over from the carrier listing or it may be a carrier version.

The green and bronze that are linked are not carrier versions, although there are carrier versions available as well.

  • Is $950 a good buy for this phone ? I am confused between this and Galaxy S21 ? Is it better to wait for few more weeks for a better EoFY deal? Thougths?

I wouldn't buy either. Wait for the S22 which will actually be worthwhile as the chipset will be on par or better than Qualcomm.

    • if you like the flat screen and S pen then this, otherwise S21 has some better cameras.

    • Just chill, and the price will drop even further. The S20 line is really a mess, and only SD-version is worthy of getting.

  • Can confirm that this stacks with the Telstra $99 deal which includes the $900 gift voucher.
