Buy 1 more and return it with old receipt

      • +3 votes

since its not picked up, you can cancel it over the phone and buy new one, OR ask them for 5% refund.

        • +1 vote

Yes, I will visit the store tomorrow and talk to them. 5% refund would be ideal.i used gift card to pay anyway. Otherwise, I don't see they will stop me cancel and reorder straightaway.

      According to JB's website.

What if the price drops on an item I have ordered?
You will always pay the lowest price.
If the price drops for an item that you've ordered through Click & Collect you'll be offered a store credit, goods to the value of the difference, or a refund when you collect your goods in-store.

      •

I am not actually order online through C&C, I paid instore, but haven't pick up due to haven't organise a proper car. But I don't think that will make any difference.

    •

They actually happy to refund me 5% of my purchase yesterday which is pretty good.

    Zack Snyder's Justice League 4K $23.2655

    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/zack-snyders-justice-leag...

    •

Warning: it's 4 hours long. Not suited for casual fans, like myself (IMO).

      •

        That means two discs?

        •

It has 2 4K discs and 2 Bluray discs

      •

You don't have to watch it all on the same day. Watch one disc, then watch the second disc the next day.

        • +1 vote

You don't have to watch it on the one day….. Shocked, I tell you, shocked!

      •

That's a bit long, but good for a weekend night if can not find anything to do.

    •

      Great movie

    •

      •

So popular? My local stores are all in-stock. Need another 81 to make 100 afterpay deal.

        •

No idea, it was in stock for click and collect when I posted 3.5 hrs ago.

  •

    Damn.. excludes apple product.
I need to buy iPhone, any work around, anyone ?
    His Her giftcard ?
    Thanks :)

    •

thanks for the exclusion otherwise i'd spend a few hunders unnecessarily ….. :)

  •

Can I purchase something now via click and collect to secure it…and then present my 5% discount code when I got to collect it?

    •

      In theory, yes.
What are you buying, do you really need to secure it? I think the code will be released soon

      •

weighing up waiting to save $4 vs risking the product selling out

    •

But you will have to pay for it now before click and collect.

      •

Yep. So my plan was to purchase the item and then at the point of collecting it in store request a refund for the difference by presenting the coupon.

Anyway, just purchased them with the 5% off coupon :)

    The code is: 92JHKM9N44G94L
    Enjoy!

    •

Is this live now or do we need to wait for Wednesday?

      •

live on website, in-store starts tomorrow.

      •

Buy online pickup if it's the same price. Instore if you will need to negotiate.

  •

Can you haggle and the pay instore with 5% off?

    •

It's available both online and in store

    • +2 votes

Yes you can get extra 5% after the price negotiations

      •

Every instore experience I've had I get told anything already on sale can't be reduced any further (if that is what you were suggesting).

        •

It depends with the salesman, if you ask nicely sometimes they'll give you extra discount before you use the 5% voucher. Nothing to lose anyway if you ask for extra discount.

          •

@AirJordan23: So do you think this voucher would be used separately? Like I'd negotiate a price then tell them at the counter I have a voucher code to use?

            •

@honest-immortal: Yeah, its case to case basis. No harm in trying, as long as you ask nicely maybe you could get extra $5-10 before you use the 5% voucher discount at the counter.

              •

@AirJordan23: Glad I tried it - thanks! Got about 6% off just asking for a better price, then an extra 5% at the check out. Stupid me forgot to use a 4% gift card too. Was about $2,000 so going to call tomorrow to see if I can refund and pay again with a card.

  •

Damn, no 20% off vinyl anymore? Shame.

    • +1 vote

Nope they exclude the stuff people actually want…

  • +3 votes

Pixel 5 just went down to $759 after 5% off

  •

Isn't the code meant to be unique & single use?

    •

Generic, so unlimited use. just JB's marketing words.

  •

It appears the coupon might not apply to pre-orders.
I tried adding Nokia X20 and it was excluded.

    •

It says excludes preorders in the OP

  •
  •

    I agree it is good!
It stacks with gift cards + after pay
    I bought this: https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/samsung-ls01t-43-the-seri...

  •

How on earth do I buy extended warranty with a product? Adding the Samsung AU8000 to my cart and trying check-out but can't see any option for adding their extended care.. Great deal though, stacking 5% and gift card.

    •

Once you pick it up you can ask for the extended warranty. I think you have 14 days to add the extended warranty for your product purchased.

      •

Thanks! Might just go in-store to get the deal and see if they'll do a better price with the warranty.

  •

If I purchase a $1,500 gift card from Redeem Your Gift Card, can I use it to purchase an item in-store? I'm assuming so, from what I've read I don't see why I couldn't but just want to double-check here..

    •

Normally yes, cards issued by JB itself can be used online and in-store. Other third party cards are depend on the condition. Since you want to use instore, should be fine. Normally they only limit online usage, never heard of blocking instore
