Hi everyone!

I am just getting into photography and recently bought myself the Canon M50. Been looking to get the efm 22mm canon lens, as its so compact and I have heard its pretty good for urban photography. It is currently $168 on Amazon, which is a pretty good deal as it usually sells for around 200-250.

Anyone who has this lens, I would be interested to hear your thoughts!

  Great lens for walk around when you wanna travel light and fits easily in jacket pocket not jeans pocket.

  Fast and sharp, can't go wrong

  Had 2 of this,,buy and sell, the again. light and fast, but slow af not quick for street photos. Eventualy use kit lens.
  Highly recommend 32mm, sharper @ f/1.4 beats anything else until you pump budget to $1500.

  Description says it's the silver version, not black as pictured. I know it doesn't affect the results, just pointing it out. Still a little cheaper than anywhere else.

  Try the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens. A good lens for beginners.

    Yes I have also been looking at that one…seems to be really popular with M50 users. I am trying to decide if I should get an adapter or a speedbooster if I get the lens

      50mm is a prime lens and great for taking videos as well.
