Hi all, Mometasone 140 metered spray which is part of this deal is currently awaiting a stock delivery, everyone who ordered before around 7am (7/6) this morning has had their order dispatched, everyone after this should have their order fulfilled either later tonight or tomorrow depending on when the stock arrives - thanks for your patience

Hi Ozbargainers,

Our pharmacy store room is literally overflowing with bits and bobs from retail, eBay, Ozbargain and a few other deals I've put together over the past few months, I'm dreading stocktake this year, so I thought I might run a few bundle deals over the next few weeks to help move some of the oddments out the door prior to EOFY.

Typical brick and mortar pharmacy retail on the below is around $100, online you can find it all for less than B&M prices, I wont try and fool Ozbargainers with RRP's or other funny online numbers but I am sure if you google around for $47.99 delivered via express post this bulk deal is miles ahead of anyone else.

30x Hayfexo Fexofenadine 180mg (Generic Telfast Alternate) - EXP: 10/22
50x Loratadine 10mg, Chemists' Own (Generic Claratyne Alternate) - EXP 04/23
50x Cetirizine 10mg, Trust (Generic Zyrtec Alternate) - EXP - 10/23
100x Paracetamol 500mg (Generic Panadol Alternate) - EXP 05/24
96x Iburprofen (Generic Nurofen Alternate) - EXP 08-22
48x Day & Night, Cold & FLu Relief PE (Generic Codral Alternate) - EXP 02/22
140x Metred Spray Mometasone Furoate Spray (Generic Nasonex Generic), Sensease (Brand May Vary As Stock Is Limited Of Item 7.) - EXP 10/22

CODE: drawfiller
PRICE: $47.99 (after code)
LINK: https://pharmacysavings.com.au/products/exclusive-combo-1

I can almost predict Ozbargain emails and messages in advance (I think I've developed a 6th sense for it) - for those that want 70x FEXO instead of the 30x in the above deal please use the same code on this link: https://pharmacysavings.com.au/products/copy-of-exclusive-co… for a few dollars more I can supply the 70x Fexo in lieu of the 30x.

OLDER BULK DEAL (RE-STOCKED 06/06/21)
DEAL IS SHOWING AS EXPIRED BUT CODE STILL WORKS NOW MORE STOCK HAS BEEN ADDED

Perfect timing for Melbourne Covid-central of a city. F

  • Ah the covid kit

  • I used chemist brand Fexo once and suffered the worst few days of hayfever. Back to telfast since then. Sucks cause it costs a lot more.

    • Interesting as generics are the exact same compound and antihistamines usually do not need sophisticated delivery formulas for absorption.

      • There is a possibility a different dose was used (120 vs 180mg), or that episode wasn’t really hayfever but a cold.

  • Weird request, do you have any deals for saline nasal spray for babies?
I go through them like water as my daughters so a deal on them would be great

    • +1

One table spoon salt in 500 ml of boiled water..

      • Salt isn’t even really needed

        • +6

Agreed just boiling water poured over baby.

Something not quite right about promoting packs of pills.

    • +3

Relaaaax, and take a pill. It's fine cause it regulated

    • Getting healthy is taboo now too?

  • Do you have any equivalent deals for Dymista/similar nasal sprays?
I just need sprays to stock up.

    • You might want to ask your GP if you could use Mometasone sprays instead. Dymista is pretty expensive.

  • +1

Thanks Jason, I've ordered twice and both times, it's come quick and medicine (in my case for hayfever) has been effective for much cheaper than local pharmacy.

Day & Night, Cold & FLu Relief PE

    • Important to note Phenylephrine as a nasal decongestant has very limited efficacy in most studies

    https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/results/NCT01448057

“No support has been found in the literature in the public domain for the efficacy of PE as a nasal decongestant when administered orally.”

    https://bpspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdfdirect/10.111…

There are important health and social considerations for Pseudoephedrine but it works, Phenylephrine on the other hand…..

    • -1

So, instead of showing how well you can dig up articles confirming your personal opinion that phenylephrine doesn't work as well as you'd like it to, how about posting a link to a comparable alternative? Or something that's cheaper?

      • Pseudoephedrine is clearly documented as an effective decongestant by the paper listed.

Interestingly, I clearly stated “There are important health and social considerations for Pseudoephedrine but it works”

I do not have a personal opinion, hence citing articles and clinical trials.

        • Oh, I’m not doubting your sources or the research they cite. My question was framed to illustrate that this isn’t the right forum to bring it up as it does a disservice to the original poster and the Oz Bargain community at large. By all means, feel free to get into deep discussions of the efficacy of various pharmaceuticals, but please move it to the correct forum. If you don’t agree with the deal then you’d be adding more value to the community by posting a suitable, or cheaper, alternative.

          • +1

@Chazzozz: People note the quality, value, and usefulness of products frequently. I made an objective point (citing literature) regarding the products claim. The ‘deal’ can only be considered in this context.

Think of every ‘Apple fans’ comment on any apple sale. I see it as limited difference.

    • From experience, Phenylephrine does NOTHING. Pseudoephedrine does.

Is there a discount code available for the Mometasone Furoate Spray alone?

  • +1

Do you ever do promethazine hcl 25mg (phenergan or generic)?

  • Can I get a nexium code too please

  • Any deals for just ibuprofen alone? I have bought from you guys before. Satisfied with the experience

  • I ordered on the 6th of June and it was delivered this morning in Sydney June 10 , I am delighted with the professionalism & speed of service and of course the savings .👍🏼 Even my local community pharmacist who tends to give me ‘ mates rates’ could not beat these prices . I’m especially excited as this arrived just in time of my first cold of the year and I am looking forward to trying the Mometasone allergy relief nasal 140 metered spray , as just can’t afford the expensive Dymista . Thanks to these sellers 🙌🏼
