    Somebody please say something bad about this TV, I am having hard time stopping myself from buying it.

      It's a IPS screen so terrible blacks, terrible backlight bleed, terrible brightness and terrible contrast.

        Yeah the local dimming is bad. It has vertical zones and not many either so entire parts of the screen from top to bottom will bloom with bluey grey when it has lighter area on a dark background.
