    You generally should pull for whoever you like. If you're like me and only pull for characters that will dramatically alter your playstyle or enhance your gameplay (Zhongli/Venti), then it's not a good idea, no.

      agreed. i was pulling for everything and when Zhongli came, i couldnt get him by end of banner.

      Yup, she is sub-par if you don't have C2 (-20% DEF) or C4 (555% burst on switch).

      I've had her since the beginning, she's adorable but her animations are atrocious, that said she is able to have spike dmg higher than most others (50k charged hits with 4pc Wanderers that is not optimal is funny).

        So shes an all or nothing 5* Pull for 1 because of collection OCD, or whale it to get something useful and to do those 1 second boss kills. Just the thought of getting another 100 Barbaras is enough to put me off at the moment lol

          @Sammyboy: No she really can't be built for big burst dmg like Diluc or Hu Tao or Eula.

          She is a "greedy" DPS and needs to stay on field, and needs her bombs and ult on to rival others. But anything she can do is done better by others now.

          I'd probably consider building Yanfei just for her long range, ease and cost to obtain, and similar play style (basic attacks into charged).

            @Telios: Shes been used in those one shot teams though. Quite a few of those vidoes on youtube. Im guessing for the burst switch

        i haven't played in a while but when i did you could animation cancel her very easily and dramatically increase her DPS.

          @Cpt Dumpling: Ehhhh Walk-Attacking isn't a dramatic increase sadly.

          Jump cancelling charged attacks is about the best (staggers most things) because of the ridiculous damage scaling and it helping with more balanced elemental reactions (Walk-Attack tends to overapply pyro).

          They made her 2nd hit do less dmg for the 3-hit combo which is just so stupid. But none of that really matters because she has such short range you actually need the charged attacks for staggers.

    Depends on your current characters. She's one of my favourite characters
    Pros:
    - excellent for exploration (breaks wood/rock/ice shields/chests, ores, and shows uniques on mini map)
    - high DPS
    Cons:
    - short ranged (unless you've got the high ground)
    - needs specific playstyle (charged attacks, machine gun attacks)
    - selfish (can't support)

      Tends to be the lowest latency for many too. I personally have at least 60ms less latency on my PS4 (Asia server) compared to my mobile account on the American server (picked without thinking early on.) Sydney mind you.

      I wish I knew this before I started, way too far in now and brought a lot of buds with me. Hopefully they release a server transfer service!
      I find the game isn't bad with latency though, so if anyone is reading this wondering if they should join a friend on a different server or go Asia don't be too worried about playing with your mates.
