      https://www.kmart.com.au/product/chin-up-bar/824317 - here's one for $12.

$20 is roughly the standard price for these. Kogan listing is an inflated RRP.

      • Its still cheaper w delivery & kogan first vs delivered at kmart

        • Ok so for the small subset of people who need delivery and are Kogan first members this is somewhat of a deal, that's not a lot of people hence the lack of upvotes.

          • @Cheaplikethebird: Vic is actually in lockdown right now. Ppl shouldn't be driving around willy nilly putting themselves at risk. You should know!!

            • @PAOK11: Yeah but it's not a deal again if I have to sign up and pay for Kogan First. Mate the votes are in (or lack thereof) it's just not that great a deal. Even if you need it delivered and are already a Kogan First member it's only a couple dollars off the stock standard price.

      • I just got this one, Click and collect, the other day. delivered straight to the car. No need to even get out.

I bought one of these 10+ years from eBay, must have been $25 delivered.
I got some L brackets from Bunnings to mount it on the brick garage wall, with dynabolts. I'm average weight too (180cms).

Honestly, I dont use it as I use the chin-up station in the gym
It's now used to hang clothes to dry (LOL).

    • thats a good idea to use some L brackets. might give that a go. how big were your dynabolts and what drill bit did you use to drill through bricks?

      • Replied to your PM.

  • I got one a couple of weeks ago $10 delivered from Target thanks to OZB. Unpacked it last night, my 2 sons love it.

    • BE CAREFUL When using this. Watch out when pushing the bar up as it will unhook from the door frame. My son had the bar swung to his nose, ended up with very deep clean cut, 3 stitches were required,

The wound is still fresh, purchased from Target after reading the ozbargain post..
