      I would say so. I never had any luck with my fang. I think I got it with a newer fw that I couldnt hack.
      
      But I had this for a few years before it suddenly stopped working (boots and everything but wont talk to anything anymore) and it was actually a really good camera (while it worked :) ). It doesn't have IR, though, from memory, if that is important to you.
