    Lol S7 is cheaper now than the 'exclusive pre-order' real that roborock themselves had a couple of weeks ago. Shipping isn't until 23/06 either!

    Hi all, I'm considering the Roborock S7 for $930 vs the Viomi S9 (with cleaning station) for $599.

    From what I read, Roborock has better app/navigation, larger capacity water tank and dust bin, and the mopping is also supposedly better?
    Whereas the Viomi is cheaper and comes with a cleaning station.

    Thoughts anyone? Thanks in advance!

      Can't comment about the viomi however I got the Roborock S7 and I love it (upgraded from the og xioami mii robot)

      The mop feature is very good and vacuum power is very strong.

      I've got a s5 and love it.
      Just ordered S9 for upstairs, can't justify price of S7.
      Mayge I'll get S7 when S5 dies. I like the idea of the mop raising on carpets.

    Bring the price down to $438.90 for the OPPO find x2 lite as on Allphones eBay. Don't price jacked since it's technically the same company and same store rep.

    I had a negative buying experience with this company. Had to go through PayPal's buyer protection service before they would allow return of defective headphones that I had bought less than 40 days prior. Poor customer service, buyer beware.

    Bought the vacuum, paid via PayPal, money came out of my bank account but then I got a refund that will take up to 10 days to clear and an email saying

    You need to resend your payment

      Weirdly I experienced the same issue ordering from gearbite.

      Ordered 12pm, received payment email 3pm, tried paying second time, got same email again 6pm…

      Third attempt now…

      This has happened to me today too. First paid this afternoon with PayPal. Got email to resend payment. Resent payment this evening using Google Pay. Same thing happened with an email saying I need to resend payment again. Anyone know what's going on or how to get the payment to go through?

    Didn't realize Robotic Vacuum Cleaners were so expensive! Are they good enough to justify the cost? Always thought they weren't as good.

      The expensive ones are good with lidar AI and mapping. The cheap ones are dumb hockey pucks not worth even their cheap price. Best value for money imo is roborock
