    dispenser is great, but refilling is complete PITA and deal breaker for me, even the guy in the video is struggling big time, almost cracked the plastic. why it needs to be so complicated? bad design, not voting, price is good. [ yes I am an owner of the dispenser]

      If you're talking about the DIY refilling, easier if you just drill a hole on the side - maybe around 4-5mm diameter - and just use a funnel to refill with water & soap.

      I've found once its been DIY refilled once, the cap (with slim tube) tends to somewhat stay on the machine side and separates like a normal cap from then on with little effort (Have 4).

        until it separates too easily and comes off as part of removing the top half of the unit.

        I've drilled a hole and fitted a rubber cap now, works ok.

        Surprised there isn't an aftermarket cap with screw on lid to refill.

        EDIT: Just seen the second video link - exactly what I did!

    WARNING refill is a mess. If you watch the video above at 2:35 (from description). You need a screwdriver to open it. How's on earth in 2021 still needs this manual process to refill your soap dispenser ? I owned this one and end up not using it after few refill. The more you open in this way, the contact of the dispenser and the hole get worsen, and the suction of the soapy water will not be ideal. Unless you buy their brand new original refill bottle every time. Better buy another electronic one with simply built with sucking straw with the top part, and open the bottom bottle and refill.

    Currently I'm using WOQU brand.

    I have this Xiaomi brand (white) and Xiaomi LINE (yellow duck head) and Enchen brand but they are having the same trouble refill problem. Better to avoid this type of soap dispenser.

    I have other Xiaomi products but this one is a bit disappointed on the design.

    Edit . If you drill a hole like the 2nd video provided from kevinMario, it's still not too bad

    A gentle reminder that please make sure no water leakage going into the battery compartment as it would corrode the electrodes over time which could cause the unit fail to operate eventually.

    Did anybody manage to get this for $46.79? The HANDWASH code gets only 10% discount.

    The instructions say order two dispensers and one soap package with three refills. That comes to a total of 80.59. with 10% discount its $72.53. Either the instruction or the deal itself is all wrong

    Add wash dispenser to cart (this object is unit one). Add the item "3x refills" to cart. This object is unit 2. You then have two units in your cart from same seller, and can apply "HANDWASH" for 10% off. Worked for me, but I didn't go through with purchase as I couldn't think where to use it that I don't already have one
