Just popped onto the SKINS website and came across their up to 80% off sale. A few examples -

Mens Long Tights various colours $39.99
Mens Half Tights various colours $29.99
Mens Long Sleeved tops various colours $29.99
Mens Short Sleeved tops various colours $19.99
Mens Sleeveless tops various colours $19.99 (Originally $9.99)

The Ladies section seems to be very limited in sizes, only had XL in what I was interested in hence ended up buying Mens XS in what I was after.

Youth items are also on sale.

My cart said it was empty, I re-added stuff and went to checkout, entered in my payment details and was about to hit confirm but saw everything in my cart was doubled in quantity from adding it again!
Then had to go back out and edit it and now it's crashing again.

  we have never had this much interest in a sale before, so we weren't ready for it, simple as that.
  we will be changing a lot of things for future sales, and we have been working on this for hours now to allow as many people as possible to order. we were getting almost an order a second at one point.
  it will be back up again soon, but until we see a decrease in traffic, we are going to see the same problems.

  we will be shipping orders before the end of the week. we ship by yellow auspost.
  the order process is very automated, so i don't see how it could possibly be wrong.
  you will have already been charged, so check your paypal or cc auth and let us know if it's wrong!

    Would agree, Skins have always been very good with shipping before - always taking only a couple of days.
    
    They have probably not had this much concentrated traffic before, you don't really know how the servers will perform till put under that kind of pressure.
    
    Would be pretty safe to assume next time there is a sale like this it will be blazing fast!

My order went through. I have ordered from the Skins site in the past, got the wrong size and easily sorted it. They were really good to deal with.

On another note, SkinsIT said earlier that the sale items were EOL. Are the long tights really EOL? I see those are your hero product and what most people associate the word 'Skins' with.

I really don't understand the negative comments about the shopping experience. Technology has its limitations, and when you unleash the power of OzBargain, tears will be shed.

Hasn't anyone been to a warehouse liquidation sale? Those queues go for hours, snaking around the aisles. At least here, we can hit F5 from the comfort our lounge, sipping a cup of tea. We even have their IT on board giving us updates. Credit where credit is due, Skins gave us awesome discounts here to those lucky to find a size… chill fellow bargainers!

*full disclosure, I was able to buy everything I wanted before the site got ozbargained ;)

  I fully agree! even though I had to have a few attempts I got there in the end. Skins have already said they will fix the issue for future deals, and we should all be happy that were getting such an awesome deal.
