Yes adults… the medium is for most women, smaller blokes

The large sizes suit most Men

The Clear is only in Large and great option if you have sensitive skin

My recommendation would be not to use the strips for kids under 16…

I tried these a while back, whilst they seem well made and a good product, unfortunately didn't make any difference for me 😥

Sorry, they didn't work for you….
Nasal strips can work well for Nasal Congestion and milder type snoring but not sleep apnea.
I use them every night and my wife is much happier than when I don't wear them..
