I had a look and seem to be identical, just different region codes
TC70 supports 256g micro sd card while c200 only 128g

Wouldn't recommend. Android app is trash, notifications are 5 mins delayed if your phone has been locked for more than few minutes… Google "tapo camera delayed motion detection notifcation", so many people having this issue and they refuse to acknowledge it's an issue with their app.
You are supposed to be rating the bargain. You don't need to neg the deal just because you don't like the product.

The product does not do what it says it does. My neg is valid.

Definitely not faulty. When I just recently used my phone and lock the screen, notifications come instantly, but after say 5 to 10 minutes of the screen being lock, they get delayed by 5 minutes. The notification will show movement detected @ 10am but the notification won't come through till 10:05am.

@unleashthepain: I meant the device that you're flawlessly getting motion detection notifications on without more than a few seconds delay.
do you have any mobile power saving setting which may prevent the app to work in background?
@Enjj0y: Nope, tried disabling them all. I get notifications instantly from apps like Gmail, messenger, etc no matter how long my phone has been locked, so it's definitely not my phone that's the issue.
Is there any way to work this on battery or powerbank?
I only have a C200 and it is not using micro/type-c usb for power. This is very much like it so I guess no straightforward way to work on powerbank
