I thought this was a Basketball Backboard hahaha

any options for the 34" curved screens?

    • +1

Yeah I have a Samsung 34" curved so I am also interested in this.

    • +1

Xaiomi 34" fit on H80 and F80 as I have both

      • +1

I ended up going the F100A as my monitor is around 6.5kg, so wanted to be safe and get one that is rated a bit higher. Also means I can upgrade my monitor in the future and won't need to worry about the arm.
The H80 and F80 support 9kgs which is borderline for curved screens (see OP's comment on weight for curved screens below).

        • thank you =)

      • thanks =)

  • If H80 is newer how come the F80 is cheaper? Am I missing a difference in features?

    • +1

H80 has more height range because if the post that the arm attaches to. The F80 the arm attaches direct to the desk

      • Reactor-au is right, cheers, but the F80 is $35.20 and the H80 is $34.37 or that's what they should be..

  • Is the H180 supposed to be discounted? It's showing as $95.95 for me.

    • The deal is there live now. Very Limited stock and the Amazon site is fighting all the price changes, so don't delay.

      • Oh no, is the H180 deal finished?

        • Yes, sorry, ran out of stock.

  • +2

For the 34" and particularly Curved Screens you need to consider the F100A.
We were not able to get stock into Amazon as they could not accept delivery which we sent two weeks ago.
I have just put the F100A deal up on our site now, so you can get one for the same price it would have been for Prime Day of $63.96 inc GST.
Metro Shipping is included, but not regional areas where there may be a surcharge.

  • I really should have included the link - https://www.screenmounts.com.au/store/p63/NEW_Gas_Strut_Mode…

  • For all those with Curved Monitors - Please be aware that having some percentage of the weight of the screen so much further forward of the pivot point effectively makes the screen seem like it weights more because of the mechanical advantage on that pivot point.
If the screen weight, is 70% or more of the weight rating for the monitor mount, then you should go up to the next model.
For example, a curved screen 27" that weights 6.5kg or over should go up to the F100 or H100 models for the 9kg capacity to be sure the pivot joint will hold appropriately.

      Any deal for white F100A?

      • Unfortunately, that deal did not get into the FBA warehouse in time, even though we sent on the 5th of June. 300 units plus the 600 Black are still waiting for delivery on the 24th now.

    • I am using a LG34UC88 which is about 8.4 kg.
Can you tell me the difference between F100 and H100?

      • Bases and mounting solution are different.
H100 gas strut arm only travels 260mm vertically but can be set on the pole to go 20mm higher in total.

        • I like the look of H100 but I think F100A is a little more flexible since I intend to mount it on the left side of the table instead of the opposite end.

Notice this F100A Silver model, looks really nice and why it is much dearer than the normal one, no discount on it?

          • @leznix: The F100A was only produced once that I know of and we got some stock but at a much higher price than the deal we got to support this special offer.
So no room to discount the Silver version but we could do the White one if it was requested.

    • thanks, cancelled my order of the h80 and ordered f100a from your website.

  • H100 is showing as $95.95 for me too
Also, F100A price is actually ex gst? price in check out is $63.97

    • +1

Hi there, no deals on the H100 as there was no stock to order at the time.
The F100A is ex GST on our site as we are the Distributor and mainly real with Resellers, but at checkout, as noted, it is $63.97 including GST plus any additional shipping outside Metro areas.

      • Looks like there is stock now, any deal now please? Thansnk!

  • I have 2 x 27" monitors with side by side configuration.

    Should I get 2 x H80 or 1 x H160?

    • Depends on how much positioning flexibility you need.
The H160 will hold two 27" monitors no problem, but two H80 will allow you to go around 70mm higher effectively.

    • +1

I have 2x H80 with 27" monitors, I'm glad I went with 2 seperate because the flexibility is much better unless you want your monitor's right next to each other. Also if you have a sit-stand desk it's possible to distribute the weight more evenly over the motor columns.

    Hi OP,

Will the NB H80 accommodate dell monitors, which have more of a recessed hole for the vesa mount?

    Thanks in advance

    • +2

Yes, all new stock has the new recessed mount compatible VESA plate.

    • +1

I am using with a Dell s2721dgf and Dell u27

      • No problem for the H80 (goes taller) or the F80 models.

  • Do you have an arm for 42 inch / 19kg similar to the below:

    https://www.ergotron.com/en-au/products/product-details/45-4…

  • Am after a dual setup. Whats the difference between the F180 vs H180? I have 2 x 27" (one lenovo, one dell).

    • +1

The F160 is Dual screen up to 27" each or 9kg per monitor and the F195A and H180 are for larger screens up to 32" or 12kg each.

      • ok sounds like the F160 will do just fine. Thanks :)

        • Actually should I go the H160 for future proofing for bigger monitors? Why is the F more expensive than the H?

  • Looking for F100a deals, please!!

  • How big can the clamp open up? Can it open up more than 8cm? Not using an normal office table, no hole either so have to use side of the table.

  • They do vary from model to model unfortunately, the F100A opens to 90mm if that helps.

    • Would you be able to tell me about the F80 and H80, how big they open up? Thanks

      • The F80 opens to 90mm and the H80 goes from 20mm to 75mm.
Don't ask me why - seems stupid to me too.

    • What about clamp size on F160?

  • +1

FYI - H100 holds up an AW3821DW just fine - tilt function and all.
I'm ditching it to go with the F100a though, as the arm just looks a bit neater vs the external cable management on the H100.

    Thanks David!

    • Cheers, and thanks for the info.

    • just the information I needed, thanks

  • F80 vs H80?

    • +1

You need to look at the images and the specs.
Essentially, the same Gas Strut arm with different base solutions.
The H80 goes almost 100mm higher.

    • I’m in the same boat, which to choose ?

      • Just went with f80, since I don't like the look of the pole design, also don't practically need that 100mm more length.

  • Hi OP, I'm looking to get one for dual Dell S2721DS. Which model would be best suited for this? I don't want to end up buying the wrong item :(

    • Both H80 and F80 will work - H80 goes higher.

      • I'm going to guess that means the H160 and F160 variants since I meant "dual monitors".

When you say "goes higher" do you mean physically as in the height of the monitor or do you mean size as in I will be able to mount a bigger monitor in the future?

        • Allows you to position the monitor higher.
Please note, this is mainly applicable for the singles. The H160 and H180 both have the same limitation.
As they use a single pole, one arm section needs to mount under the other, so the lower arm will be 70mm less than the upper arm can achieve.
They can both go level, but 70mm lower than the max height. Please look at the images and specs for reference.

  • Does anyone have any recommendations for ultrawide?

recently ascended to AW3821DW and was using the single arms before.

    • Mentioned above, I use the H100 and F100 with the AW3821DW

      • thanks, was just about to update my comment referncing yours.

        Going with the F100, thanks!

  • Hi OP, just got the F100A for my 34" curved monitor (should be plenty strong).
I couldn't see anywhere, is there a warranty or anything associated with these?

    • +1

Full 12 month RTB warranty on all NB products.

      • Cool! And does that also include if it doesnt work with my monitor?
It should, my monitor is VESA, but it is a recessed (sunken) VESA so I was just a little concerned.

        • They should all not work with the recessed VESA mounts now since the update.

  • Hi OP

Looking to get a 49inch something like the LC49RG90SSEXXY or G9, which arm will be best suited?

  • Hi OP, just wondering which one is better for dual 24" monitor set up? 2xH80 or 1xH180? which set up is more stable?
    Thanks

    • Two Singles allows you to position the monitors higher.
These are all really stable, so that is not an issue.
The H180 might provide a little more future-proofing if you go to larger and heavier screens in the future, but height is just the same as the H160 model.

  • Which mount would you recommend for a Xiaomi 34 inch ultrawide monitor?

    • The NEW NB45 - https://www.screenmounts.com.au/new-nb45-heavy-duty-gaming-d…
This monitor is curved and weighs 10.5kg, so you need the additional capacity and new design of the NB45 Pivot Joint.
Sorry, no deals possible on this one as the recent price hike was huge.

      • Wouldn't the H80 work fine? The monitor is about 6kg without the stand. The NB45 is way out of my price range unfortunately

        • When I Googled Xiaomi 34 inch ultrawide monitor - I got specs that said it was a curved screen weighing 10.5kg without stand.
If you have a different monitor with different specs I need specifics.
If your screen is curved and only weighs around 6kg, then I would suggest the F100A to be sure.
Curved screens put a lot more strain on the pivot joints than the specified weight suggests.
          https://www.screenmounts.com.au/store/p63/NEW_Gas_Strut_Mode…

          • @ScreenMountsAu: From what I googled, it seems the box weight is 10.5kg, including the monitor, stand and accessories. On Reddit some people mentioned the monitor on it's own weighs about 5.8-6kg. I might go with the F100 cheers.

  • is the NB New F160 compatible with the dell S2721QS https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/334047776672

Also ive got the lg 27GL850 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/123926987089 - on the way

Would this stand support both these?

    • +1

Yes both of those will fit on the F160 but the H160 might provide a little more height.
The other option would be two H80 units which would given even more positioning flexibility as others have mentioned.
