  • Good to mention - international model.
    not AU stock

    • stupid question, does this mean no australian warranty?

      • Not sure about that part, but I heard it means the Aus power adaptors they put in with it aren’t compatible with the wall mount? Unless they’ve fixed it.

      • its a 3rd party using kogan as a market place, personally i wouldn't buy a big ticket item from a no name despite being a market place, i imagine if something is wrong early on you could be ok, after that i think there would be a fair bit of work to claim.

I have purchased a grey market item from kogan direct and to their credit they were fantastic to get it done.

FYI this is from the listing page if you expand warranty.

  • "Please note: this product is an international model and is not compatible with AU-certified plugs. It cannot be wall mounted using an AU-certified plug."

    • and f**k that, the unit is made to be wall mounted, i have an older dyson and it doesn't 'sit' nicely it either lies down on the floor or hangs in its wall dock.

  • I bought it. I like the smaller version and I am not too fussed about having it hanged. I'll try to hang it though and I have some older chargers so might mend something if necessary.

    • Not that anyone cares. But I didn't have any issues mounting it on the wall. The charger is 110-220V so with adapter all works. They give you an extra generic one from kogan but I don't use it. this model is better in my view than Australian as it's a bit smaller and lighter. I do have a small apt though so it's perfect for me. Got it for 569 with kogan first trial.
