Sony A7C $2,148 ($1,948 after CB), Olympus EM10 Mk3+14-42mm $598, Tamron 28-75/2.8 $1,008 Delivered, and More Gear @ CameraClix

1200

Edit: Some of the SKUs are very low/out of stock, HOWEVER you can still place an order to secure one in the next shipment at this price.

Edit 2 (27/6): Price changed on the 28-75mm, the person who pays me got on my back. It was below cost, but is now just a few dollars more. I've kept it to a minimum and raised it as little as possible for OzBargain. Sorry! You can view the price change on the post edit, it's just $10 more.

Edit 3 (27/6): Some of the stock has been OzBargained, I've updated the pricing to reflect our next stock buy. My apologies if you missed out.

Aiming to have one last EOFY deal with the lowest prices again. As usual, all Australian stock. We're low on Sony stock, so keep in mind if you order late, you may have to wait for the next shipment. There's a shipment in ~2 weeks but not every SKU is being delivered.

Cashbacks remain valid regardless of delivery date as long as the order is placed before the 30th of June.

  • Awesome prices, pulled the trigger on the Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8.
Any chance of a deal on Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 Sony E Mount?

    • +3

Done! I've gone low, $1,731 for the Sigma, updated post with link.

That said, at that price (I can't go any lower), you may as well get the G Master at $1,748 (after cashback). Unless of course there's something you prefer about the Sigma specifically. I haven't used the Sigma 24-70mm (Sony) yet, so I really can't comment on IQ and handling differences. However, native lenses are almost always better for future compatibility and autofocus performance. Plus the GM is really, really sharp.

      • +3

Thanks OP, took your advice and ended up going for the GM, my wallet's bleeding…

        • +1

Sorry not sorry. ;) Thank you for the purchase, it's much appreciated.

Feel free to call us anytime if you have any questions.

  • +6

OP, these deals are bad for my marriage.

    • +5

You're a strong, independent person! I think… you should do what you want to do, but if your partner needs to talk to me, I will mysteriously no longer be around. Sorry.

    • I can echo this.

  • Nikon Z6 ii?

    • $2,725 @AmazonAU, cheaper than OP, unless OP can beat it?

      • Sorry, hold tight. Still working on it since someone asked for it 5 hours ago. :(

*taps fingers on table waiting for other people to get back to me*

        • Do you think you could do a deal on Nikkor Z Teleconverter TC-2.0x?
At Amazon it's $895, if you could beat that, be amazing!

      • $2,688 through us now, took a while, but we got there. ;)

    • Done! Z6 II at $2,688, sorry for the wait. Post updated with link.

  • Can you beat this price for the Sony 50mm 1.2 from Camera Warehouse?
Do you actually have it in stock or is it still a pre order?
    Thanks heaps.

    • +1

Wow, that's cheap. I'll do it, $2,656. Post updated with link.

No stock of that lens, sorry, but place your order sooner than later so you can jump ahead of the queue.

  • Nikon Nikkor Z 24-200mm - is cheaper at Amazon, $1,246
    Nikon Z 7 II Mirrorless Body Only - $4,238 @Amazon

if OP can beat Amazon prices, I'd be keen!

    • Done! $1,198 and $4,198 respectively for the 24-200mm lens and the Z7 II. Sorry it took so long.

Post has been updated with links.

  • OP, can you do a deal on Nikkor Z Teleconverter TC-2.0x?
    Amazon has it for $895
    https://www.amazon.com.au/Nikon-20099-Nikkor-Teleconverter-T…

    • Just leave your comments as top-level please. I've read your other ones and I promise I'm getting around to it. Just on a call with the team at the moment for Nikon pricing and I'll do my best. :)

Just dropped the Z 70-200/2.8 pricing for you as well. Thank you!

    • Can't beat that, sorry! If it's Australian stock, go for it. :)

  • Are you able to do the A7iii with a bundled kit lens of some sort?

    • Let's give it a go, what kit lens do you want?

      • Looking at a basic lens such as the Sony E 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 as well as one specifically for low light/night

        • Alright, so the A7III for $2,057.78, and the kit lens for $274. Price updated and added to list. :)

  • Would like to hit the button if Sony FE 50mm f/1.2 GM comes with Sony Cashback

    • Same, but with such a new lens and low stock, it's not going happen. I reckon it's going to be a few months at the very least.

  • Hi guys,

    Pretty new to photography.

Suggestions for an all rounder lense for Sony A7II. I currently have a Sigma 30mm f1.4 sense

I have seen that the Tamron 28-75mm be suggested alot.

Since Sony have the cashback I may look into a Sony lense.

    • +1

The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 and the Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 GM are both excellent lenses, especially at the current price. That's probably the best general all-rounder zoom.

Another option would be to do one or a few really nice primes. It'd be better image quality, but less convenient.

  • When do these deals expire

    • EOFY :)

(Heads up: A7III might be getting a price adjust soon.)

      • Up or down?

Edit: just noticed, it was up :(

  • The A7R4’s the A version or original?

    • +1

Original, there's not much difference. If you're after the A, send me a PM.

  • Best Deal on a Canon rp with a kit lens?

    • Sure! Just took a look at our prices, and now I've dropped it to $1,717 with the 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM. Post has been updated with a link for your convenience.

  • Will you guys be selling any V90 SD cards?

    • We do get them in stock, what cards are you after? I can find out if we can do some deals.

      • Not too sure tbh, can you recommend me any?

  • Sony mount Sigma 85mm 1.4 DG DN ? Ebay with coupon code is around 1060 atm. can you add it to your line and then beat the price ? :)

    • +3

Tried and failed, my apologies. Could I tempt you with a G Master instead? I've just discounted it to $1,516 after cashback. ($1,666 - $150)

      • thanks for trying . GM out of budget .

  • +3

Heads up, I've just updated the post with more temptations. Ask if what you want isn't on the list and I'll see what I can do.

  • Hi, are you able to do a deal on the Sony 200-600 lens. I have sent them hovering around $2,200 recently

    Cheers

    Damo

    • Done, beat all our competitors including Amazon at $2,234. With the Sony cashback promotion, you're looking at $2,084. Post has been updated with link.

  • Contemplating the Fujifilm x-s10 with kit lens. Any price movement on that?

    • Hm, we really don't have much on Fujifilm at the moment. Which kit lens are you after? The 16-80mm or the 15-45mm?

      • Was looking at the 15-45mm but 16-80mm would be nice too depending on price.

  • Some nice prices especially the Sony stuff that has cashback currently.. Have already got what I use the most though but a few tempting items that I will need to think about in the next few days

  • Hi OP, just confirming this is the 70-210mm f/4 and not the 70-200mm f/2.8 as the description suggests? Cheers

    • Oops, my bad. Yes that is the 70-210mm f/4, that price is also only for in stock lenses. Thanks for the heads up!

  • I think I'm the odd one out here who is still rocking an a6500 and a Sigma 16mm + 56mm lenses. Still no zoom. Is there a zoom that can match these two in image quality? Thanks.

    • +1

Nothing beats prime lenses. I'd consider the 16-55/2.8 G though.

    • +1

You're definitely not the only one, I've been rocking the a6500 with the Sigma trio for my professional work for years now, only upgrading to the A7iii and siii now since I'm transitioning more to video. You can't beat the value for money with the Sigma crop lenses. The AF is great and the centre sharpness wide open is stellar across all three.

The Sony 16-55 2.8 is really good but you'll pay a premium for it over the Sigma primes, it does have less chromatic aberration compared to the Sigma's. It's all about convenience if you want a zoom, but even for weddings and shooting events I prefer having fast primes for the look and for better low light over the convenience of zooms.

    • +2

Same here. I own just two primes. Ordered a third one.

  • Man, the 35mm f/1.4 GM is so damned tempting but I'm afraid I'll be a new divorcee if I buy that lens :S

    • +7

The lens won't leave or argue with you though. ;)

  • Boss,

any special deals on a6600 with 18-135mm lens kit?

  • Hi OP, did the Sony 24-70 f2.8 GM’s price just go up slightly? It was $2,098 but is now $2,137.

    • +2

Yep, I didn't expect it, but we've sold our entire stock and allocation at the previous price. Next stock buy is more expensive, but our price is still cheaper than all our competitors. :)

      • +1

Ah bugger, no worries. Only just got the okay from the SO. Thanks for letting me know.

  • Hey mate did the A7C with a kit lense go up in price?

    • Yep, some of the SKUs' entire stock allocation has sold, and the following allocation is more expensive. Sorry! I've updated the list with the items that have been OzBargained. :/ We're still trying to keep prices as low as possible, and more importantly, cheaper than everyone else.

  • +2

Cheers OP. That just pushed me over the edge and got the A7C + Tamron 28-75 to replace my entire aging Canon kit that hasn't seen much light in the last few years due to laziness of carrying. Will see if the smaller size and being more inconspicuous will result in more use. Selling the Canon gears should cover most of the cost I reckon (6D, M10, Canon 24-70 2.8, Tamron 70-200 2.8, Canon 50 1.4, Canon 40 2.8, Yonguno Flash, battery grip + 4 batteries)

    • +1

That's a really good kit, I hope you shoot more! If you're still finding that it's a bit big, I'd supplement that awesome f/2.8 zoom lens with a very compact prime. There's lots of inexpensive options; Sony 50/1.8, Tamron 35mm etc all approx. $500.

  • Hello! Thought I'd try my luck with asking for a deal! Would you guys be selling the A7R III by any chance? Could you work out a deal on the body only?

    • Certainly! For the A7R3, you're looking at $3,178 ($2,778 after Sony Cashback). Excellent choice, I have the same camera and it's absolutely amazing. I do want the A7R4 but that's only because I like shiny things.

      • That's the older version right? The model name in your link does not have the A postfix (ILCE7RM3A) which is the latest version.

        • Are you after the A version? We're getting them in shortly. :)

          • @CameraClix: No just preempt anyone asking is this the new or old version. Already spent too much this month. Am happy with my Sony A7iii … and a couple other brands and systems :-)

  • Hi! Do you have the A7S III body in stock currently?

    • Sorry, no stock at the moment, pre-order to get it at the price for the next shipment.

  • Hi OP - thanks for the deals - bought a new body and lens from you
Any chance you can match camerapros price on the Sony FE 20mm 1.8?
    Cheers

  • +1

boss do you accept afterpay as payment? hows the sony 35mm f1.4GM stock? thanksss

    • We don't do AfterPay, sorry! We use ZipMoney. No stock on the 35GM, so it's a pre-order.

      • Any ETA from sony?

  • Hi OP, any deals for Canon RF 100mm Macro?

  • What can you do on the Sony 135mm F/1.8 GM.
I see that has a cashback currently active

    • Dropped it down to $2,108 for you, before cashback. :)

  • +2

Pulled the trigger on the tamron 70-180. Used the secret account to hide the purchase from the wife. Very tempted to go the trifecta and get the tamron 17-28mm but secret stash doesn't have enough funds. Expecting a bit of tax refund so I hope these deals last longer.

    • My dude

  • Please convince me not to buy the 16-35 GM.

    • The after cashback price is only a bit more than the RRP of the 16-35/4. ;)

  • Any chance you can add the upcoming RF 14-35mm f/4 as soon as it’s announced? I’m hoping to get an order in before the sale ends.

    • I'll add it to our products as soon as we get news of it, but it won't be on sale. We'll still aim for the lowest price though.

  • Hi, can you beat Harvey norman on the M200

    https://www.harveynorman.com.au/canon-eos-m200-mirrorless-ca…

    • That's cheap, we can't beat that. Depending on your purpose, if it's more learning about photography rather than happy snaps, I would take a look at the M50 II instead. It's a far more fully-featured camera.

  • Hi @CameraClix,

Do you know if the A7R iii is the updated model (ILCE7RM3A I think?) with the increased screen resolution?

    Thanks.

    • All the A7R3s we have at the moment are the non-A model, however if you're after the A model, send me a PM. We should be getting them in shortly.

  • +1

So I got a question, the cashback promotion finishes tonight at 11.59pm. In the Sony Terms and conditions it says that entering all the details for the cashback end on the 15th of July. Where would one go to if a order was placed before the 30th of June but we receive the stock after the 15th July for the cashback?

    • I wanna know too.. most likely impossible. Through sony officially the cut off date is 15th July.
If your stock is on backorder, best to just cancel the order to not risk not getting cashback.

      • +1

My question too. Op answered earlier here

        • Thanks for the reply

        • I received email from CameraClix with instructions to email Sony Cashback to do the claim.
Sent email to Sony but haven't received a reply..
Has Sony responded back to your email??

          • @gembel: You should get an automatic ack that Sony received the claim, then about 2-4 weeks later, they would send an email when it is validated/approved.

  • +1

Got the 35mmGM today! love your work @CameraClix also got a freebie case 👏🏻

  • Any deal or possible price match on the Olympus e-M1 Mark II?

  • Got an email today that my Sony 16-35GM is on backorder…
The cut off date for the cashback claim is 15th July.. and with the lockdowns etc, I don't think I will receive it by 15th July.
Would like to cancel my order please..
