Edit 2 (27/6): Price changed on the 28-75mm, the person who pays me got on my back. It was below cost, but is now just a few dollars more. I've kept it to a minimum and raised it as little as possible for OzBargain. Sorry! You can view the price change on the post edit, it's just $10 more.

      A review comment on the 3rd party seller of the Z6:

      'Oz Digital' turns out to be a Hong Kong company selling 'grey imports' which have no guarantee, warranty or any sort of official support from the manufacturers. My Canon lens had no paperwork with it and I would have sent it back, but the small print on the website says any returns are subject to admin fees and restocking fees, and no refunds for shipping. All a bit of a con. Avoid this company.

    Those who purchased a Sony lens or camera and the item is on backorder, have you sent the claim via email to Sony and received a response?
    I sent an email for my claim but still haven't heard back from them…

      I'm still waiting on a lens from these guys. This is what Sony has said to me:

      Good morning,

      Thank you for your email.

      The redemption is open to till 15 of July 2021.

      We do need to see the serial on the product as it is listed in the terms and conditions.

      If you receive your product later then this promotional date, let us know we will escalate to the management.

      But we are not sure if your claim will be approved or not as it is outside the promotional period.

        I have a promo claim that Sony support kept telling me “we will escalate to the management”… for the last 7 months. And that was a purchase within the promotional period, directly from their online store (so they should have the record on file, there should be no dispute on validity).
