    • Yes - They have a fairly good billing system.

      It will restart once you've put the sim in a device so you won't have any days unused.

            I want to submit my claim, but Amaysim did not provided me invoice for my payment. Because of the payment issue on their website invoices i have received are showing "Awaiting Payment"

            I talked to Amaysim via chat and they are saying "We already sent you invoices but it shows awaiting payment. We do not have an updated invoice to give you."

            They only gave me a transaction id. Furthermore I have not received my SIM yet, and they got me disconnected from my current provider, leaving me without any service. Then they advised me to buy $2 sim from coles and activate it.

            Still waiting for my replacement sim to be activated.

            What a hassle :(

            Please advise how do I claim cash rewards without invoice from Amaysim.

    In my initial payment, it was declined and then I select Paypal and looks like it was successful, but I didn't check further as it was actually only to add Paypal in the payment method rather than the actual payment. I only realised it today by checking in the account, it is still awaiting for me to retry for payment. Though the transaction has been registered/pending in my CR account, will I still be able to get the cashback for 'late' payment ?

        ten business days is Wednesday the 14th
        which makes friday the 16th (12 business days) the last possible business day by which it can be received in order to activate it by the 18th

        The question that remains unanswered is what happens if the sim card, due to postal delays/Amaysim mucking up again, arrives too late to activate by the 18th?

    TA - just as feedback ..received my sim yesterday . Activated it and the CB was immediately changed from "pending" to "approved".10/10 for efficiency. Amaysim have also reset the expiry date to be 6 months from the actual activation date.Thanks again to you and Amaysim for this gr8 Offer.

    Showed me 175 days left
    Contacted Amaysim they said it was preactivated for me for my convenience

    So my convenience means I pay for 180 days, but get 175 daysl

    Those of you planning on activating on the 18th please carefully check how many days you have left

    • It's so ridiculous, are we back in the 90s or so, that businesses can send out 'pre-activated' cards via non-registered mail?
      I complained about it, that it's not safe to do so. Meanwhile, my sim went missing in the mail and they won't do anything about it until 14 days have passed.
      They guaranteed me that the 6 months timer would 'reset' once you start using your pre-activated sim for the first time, I doubt that will actually work.

    • I have the same issue. Leaving the activation for a while as I need it over the Christmas - Early Jan period.

      As of today the plan is 175 days….when I activate it in 5 days it will be a 170 day plan!

  • I found out that because I activated this prepaid plan under my existing amaysim account number (grandfathered PAYG account), they somehow turned this prepaid into a postpaid, meaning it's not suitable for kids as amaysim can't even block things like outgoing international calls (to countries not included in the plan).

    Really ridiculous.
    Ordered my sim on 30/06 but still didn't receive it in VIC.
    Jumped on the webchat, the guy said it might be lost in delivery and asked me buy a sim from supermarkt.

    Got my SIM in the mail in 4 days, waited another 4 to activate it (porting my existing number).
    A bit tricky, got a 404 Error on the webpage first time round, got on Chat, went though the steps again and it worked. Got the text that the transfer was in the works and would activate in 3 hours to 3 days.
    THREE MINUTES LATER my phone goes quiet, fit my Amaysim SIM and off it goes, fastest I have ever ported a number (and I have done a few).
    Downloading the app took a few goes, but it eventually worked OK. BTW make sure you set the Automatic renewal to OFF.
    And 30 mins later the money appears in my Cashrewards as Pending, approval in Sept.
    So far, very happy, I must say.

  • received the SIM on 9/7. Activation took 10 minutes. I was happy until I saw 3G icon. So be ware of possible low data connection indoor. I thought Optus should be fine for my area since it showed 4G plus outdoor, and no mentioned of 3G indoor. I was with Boost and ALDI (both Telstra) and it was blazing fast 4G.

    Also use your mobile instead of email to login. Email won't work

    • Depending on how long activation take from Belong to Amaysim. Mine from Boost (telstra) took 10 minutes. My plan does not expire until 7/8 but I thought $15 extra cashback would more than covering it, so I activated it 2 days ago

  • Contacted them (FB messenger) as I just started to use it today. They reset the period and now I have 182 days until 14/1/2022. Amazing service.

  • Ported number from Belong today. Activation within a minute and account shows 182 days left till 15th Jan. Perfect process. Cashrewards still shows Pending after 4 hours, but have faith in TA to handle it if needed. Cannot complain a bit till now. Cheers..

    Hi @TA, I submitted port in request on friday, services disconnected from previous provider (catch connect), but it still hasn't transferred to amaysim yet. Upon contacting amaysim support I was told there is an outage on Optus side for service activation. Consider if it doesn't happen by today, would I be eligible for the cashback?

    • you best activate today otherwise you will miss out on the bonus cashback . id says its too late for port today as they dont process ports on sundays . last time took 4 days to port in. thats why i ported in on Friday even though still had until august 8th on belong
