    Shipping sucks
    And sometimes they say they have stock but don't and you don't get the item.

    Coles online really needs a kick up the database arse. Something like Amazon's stock management is required.

      I know my local coles doesn't have which items usually. Just chuk them in list to meet weekly target if falling short, call flybuys later to adjust ur weekly target as its thr fault.

      Yep, I shopped online for the first time the other night and it's like a website from 10 years ago. Woolies are so much better.

      I got the email saying that $50 out of $190 of shopping wasn't in stock nor did it have an alternative! What?! So now I have the issue of correcting the various bonus points deals that I was stacking.

      After my one month free delivery trial ends I'll be sticking with Woolies.

      And have you tried the App by the way? What a joke! It takes you to the website.

      Keep in mind that your order is picked on the day of delivery and is taken from in store. It's possible there was stock when you ordered, but they've run out since as in-store customers have already bought those items or they've been picked for an earlier online order.
      Stock counts are also often out because of theft, damaged stock or just stock that was supposed to be delivered but didn't show up. Damaged stock can be accounted for when that gets written off, but that's something that typically happens once a day. Theft and stock that didn't get delivered will only be adjusted at stock take or if someone notices something is empty and flags the count for be checked. Obviously all stock in stores can't be counted daily so it can be a while for discrepencies to be noticed.

      My experience has been quite different, I had a $200+ order the other day with only 1 item out of stock (perishable). Delivery has always been good with useful windows and I prefer the pricing to Woolworths. I'm sure it varies depending on where you live, what others are ordering, supplier issues as well as a range of other factors, but my experience has been good. I have heard of others who have had trouble with stacking bonus points promos with refunded items which is unfair and onerous to resolve.

        1.03$ on $69.97 payment @1.5% (last week).

        $50 (10,000 points, not flybuys dollars) paid via flypay (maximum you can pay via flypay in one transaction) and $19.97 with card.

      However, most of the time it will appear within a few hours.

          It is not clear on shopback app that it is only for new customers. Tried to enquire with Coles and they responded with: 'Unfortunately, the coupon code is not available, please ensure you are using promo codes directly from the Coles Online website.'

      Multiple times I have finished adding everything to cart and then get an error in the checkout process to then find that my entire order has been cleared and have to start from scratch, its an absolute joke - I pretty much only get bulk deliveries from them now because of how bad the site is to use.

    This is an interesting development! I am also curious whether using flyby dollars through flypay affects cashback.

    We have stuck with Coles instead of Woolies as you can edit the cart up until the deadline. The delivery slots for us were booked out 3-4 days in advance so with Woolies there was no way to amend the order without losing the slot.

    Not that Coles are perfect. Most times checking out is painfully slow.

    Ebay + have permanent 5% off and promo where I've use from 10% to 20% + and Ebay card discount ( around 3-4 times a year 10% off ) on top .
    Tip I only fire when stacks 20% + on bulky items and be aware they leave roughly 1/3 of orders unfulfilled .
    Nothing exciting here !
