@samelight: Place an order using a credit card. If it gets cancelled without warning and refunded, place another item for a different item from a different department. If that too also gets cancelled without warning, then that's a sign you're blacklisted.
Other ways to be blacklisted include buying in quantities that are commerical-looking or for reselling. Someone once bought ten Nespresso machines; that got cancelled. Same for someone who also bought half a dozen bottles of the same Aesop product. Addresses also get you on the blacklist too.
@kerfuffle: i placed an order with a egift card, cancelled with the cancellation email but no refund for a week.
is that means im on the blacklist?
@samelight: People were getting Returns eCards with three years expiry date; maybe yours is on the way?
I can't tell you because every situation is different, nor do I work for DJs as of 2018. All you can do is experiment if you have the time, patience and money to do so.

Ordered click and collect as I had intended to be at the shopping centre… How long do they hold orders if we're in lockdown? I'm in Victoria. Haven't received any emails apart from the confirmation to go collect it..
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order.
The store rang me up last weekend and said due to lockdowns they are offering contactless click and collect OR complimentary delivery. I opted for delivery. But still waiting, and no tracking number received/nothing showing up on MyPost. Anyone else been offered this?
Anyone ordered then get cancelled, and still haven't gotten their $20 giftcard back yet?
not getting back the giftcard plus the extra paid by credit card.
I've got a warning that my order is going to be cancelled in a few days time if I don't pick up. Would I get a replacement giftcard?
Update: I contacted Customer Service and they confirmed that all orders in NSW will be held onto instore. So the email people received are automated.The Customer Service person put a comment against my order to confirm that I'm happy to pick up when we are no longer in lockdown.
