    Not native, but it can work on M1. The latest version is available for Windows 11, so very likely that it will be improved with M1 support in future.

  More free Chinese software. Hard pass from me. It's bad enough Micro$oft want to snoop through my machine and Apple want to snoop through my phone..

    Would this free software or Hand Brake be used to download from YouTube videos and just convert into audio?

    I know there are some extensions that can be used with FF, the one I use to use seems to be no longer available.
    Looking for something light, i.e not too intrusive.

  I see that they provide a free License Key but, to register you need to provide a licensed Email addess. How is this obtained as without it appears that you cannot reigister..

    You can use any email address, just make sure it's not blocked in your firewall temporarily to register.

    You can use any valid email and the giveaway license to register this software.

  Got it from previous free campaign, pretty useless (or perhaps I don’t know how to use it) especially the ‘edit’ part, can do much better even with iMovie.

  Conversion can be done with better options using Handbrake.

  Video download… have not tried, no comment.

  Recording… also not tried. Screen recording or something else? Na, I’m good with OBS.

    I use it to convert all my videos to HEVC which it does very well and very fast.
