they do introduce themselves when they call you mentioning that you purchased in groupon and it is a follow up call, got annoyed though coz when they call you they will ask you again for your current bill, i did argue saying that they already got it but they will ask you again for those details.
Now that's annoying for sure.
Seeing as this company is paying out good money for a valid 'lead' (your data), I would expect them to actively use it.

I entered by Groupon code in the promo code prompt and reached the landing page for all the providers after uploading my bill. None of the providers beat my current rate, so I'm not progressing. However, the status bar at the top is not complete as I'm not switching - only comparing.
I got mine after I moved away from the comparison site. I did submit my details and bill though.

Bought one back in May I think.. Gift card comes around 3 weeks time and I received one call only.. But since I'm already on very good rates with my current provider (through customer retention team that give extra discount) they unable to beat it and they don't bother me any more

I probably do not understand, but what is the role of $2 coupon here , why is it needed, if the process starts without asking for the coupon.. Or it will be needed later?
