Be careful, our U8G is an dodgy inferior version not the same as USA's U8G which is much better. Our 75 might even be an IPS panel too unfortunately. Huge smoke n mirrors confusion by Hisense with this years models.
Why IPS so bad on TV, monitor people prefer IPS?
Poor contrast, contrast and black levels are more important for TVs than monitors. It might be ok jury is still out but the extent of dodgy inferior differences and lack of information from Hisense for our inferior models is not a good sign.

Depends on use. Q8 will be better for some things basic movies n tv, should have better local dimming and brightness.

Sheer curiosity - who uses centimetres for TVs? It feels useless. Unless you give full dimensions,
not just the screen diagonal. Or your audience is swift with Pythagorean calculations.
