  The email I received was spend $3,000 within 3 months but you only receive the 100 Status Credits when you spend $50K on eligible purchases within your card membership year.

  Thanks OP, they were a good company 30 years ago. Meanwhile I had to lodge endless complaints with the regulators.
  Excluding former customers is unlikely to stand up in court if tried the way they go.
