Probably targeted. Just received an email from Kogan Money with the heading "shop now, pay in instalments at Kogan.com on your Kogan Money credit card" and in it is a voucher code to get $30 off for $100+ spends on Kogan. I've successfully applied it to my account and it says:

$30 Citi Spend & Get
Limit one per order.
Applicable only on orders above $100.00.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other Kogan.com credits.

Not sure if you have to do the whole instalment thing at all?

  I was sent a code which I presumably could use once I spend $130, even if I use reward points to pay for $100 worth. Seems like a good deal if you could find something.

    You can't use with other Kogan credit points, though you can stack with Latitude Pay discount.

  How smart is the Kogan website? Will it recognise if you have less than $100 in your cart and not apply the $30?

    Yes, of course it will recognise. When I added something for $99.99 it still didn't work, needs to be over $100.
